China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Limited shares traded at HKD 1.02 on October 15, 2026, or 13.33% above the HKD 0.90 low in their 52-week range. The 11.11% figure in the headline does not match that dated snapshot and may come from a different time or data feed. The company’s next reported earnings date is October 23, 2026.
What the latest share-price snapshot shows
The Hong Kong-listed stock, ticker 1313, had a quoted price of HKD 1.02 on October 15, 2026. Its reported 52-week range was HKD 0.90 to HKD 2.06.
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| October 15, 2026 share price | HKD 1.02 |
| 52-week low | HKD 0.90 |
| Distance above the low | 13.33% |
| 52-week high | HKD 2.06 |
| Distance below the high | 50.49% |
| Next reported earnings date | October 23, 2026 |
The calculation is (HKD 1.02 − HKD 0.90) ÷ HKD 0.90 × 100, which equals 13.33%. A separate October 7 snapshot showed HKD 0.92, just 2.2% above the same HKD 0.90 low. Because the percentage changes with the timestamp and quote used, the published 11.11% figure cannot be confirmed by these two snapshots.

Why the earnings report matters
The October 23 report will give investors a new view of whether weak pricing and profitability are stabilising. First-half 2026 results showed a sharp deterioration rather than a routine quarterly fluctuation.
Revenue and profit turned lower
First-half turnover was RMB 8.64 billion, down 15.4% from the first half of 2025. The company recorded a RMB 441 million loss attributable to owners, compared with a RMB 307 million profit a year earlier.

Margins contracted heavily
Consolidated gross margin fell to 8.3% from 18.5%. Normalised second-quarter 2026 earnings per share were negative HKD 0.04, compared with negative HKD 0.03 in the first quarter. That sequence indicates that losses per share widened in the second quarter on the normalised measure reported by the coverage.

First-half volumes were 25.1 million tons of cement products, 8.0 million cubic meters of concrete and 35.6 million tons of aggregates. Average selling prices declined 16.6% for cement, 18.6% for concrete and 15.5% for aggregates.
Those figures matter because a company can maintain or increase physical sales while still losing revenue and margin when prices fall. The next report should therefore be read for price trends, gross margin and cash generation as well as tonnage or cubic-meter volumes.
How to interpret a share price near the yearly low
At HKD 1.02, the stock was much closer to its 52-week low than its high: 13.33% above the bottom versus 50.49% below the top. That positioning describes recent market performance; it does not by itself establish that the shares are undervalued or that a recovery is under way.
Rank #4
- Potentially constructive signal: a sustained move away from HKD 0.90 accompanied by improving margins, selling prices and earnings could indicate that operating pressure is easing.
- Risk signal: a return to the low, or a new low, would suggest that investors continue to discount weak construction demand, lower prices or further losses.
- Event risk: the October 23 results could produce a large move if the reported numbers differ materially from the weak first-half trend.
Key figures to watch on October 23
- Turnover: check whether the 15.4% year-over-year decline has narrowed or accelerated.
- Gross margin: compare the new figure with 8.3% in the first half and 18.5% in the prior-year period.
- Average selling prices: look for evidence that cement, concrete and aggregate price declines are moderating.
- Volumes: compare reported cement, concrete and aggregate volumes with the first-half levels of 25.1 million tons, 8.0 million cubic meters and 35.6 million tons.
- Profit and EPS: determine whether the RMB 441 million attributable loss and negative normalised EPS are improving.
- Outlook and cash flow: review management’s stated demand outlook, capital spending and liquidity rather than relying on the share-price percentage alone.
Bottom line before the next report
The best-supported October 15 snapshot places China Resources Building Materials 13.33% above its HKD 0.90 yearly low, not 11.11%. The stock remained 50.49% below its HKD 2.06 high, while first-half results showed falling revenue, sharply lower margins and losses. Until the October 23 earnings release shows improvement in prices and profitability, the move away from the low is a market-position statistic—not confirmation of a fundamental turnaround.
