China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1313; ISIN KYG2113L1068) is scheduled to release its nine-month results process on October 23, 2026. The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited board-meeting calendar identifies the event as “RESULTS” for the period ended September 30, 2026. It is the company’s next dated earnings checkpoint after a weak first half, so investors should focus on pricing, margins, costs, cash flow and management’s view of construction demand rather than treating the date as a routine calendar entry.
What happens on October 23, 2026?
The official HKEX calendar entry reads “23/10/2026 | CR BLDG MAT TEC | 1313 | RESULTS | 9-MTH-ENDED30/09/26.” That wording indicates a results-related board process covering the nine months ended September 30, 2026. A market report dated October 14 also identifies October 23 as the scheduled earnings date.
The calendar date is the strongest confirmation currently available, but exchange schedules and company announcements can be updated. Check the latest HKEX filing or company announcement on the day for the release time, presentation materials and any changes to the schedule.

Why this results date matters
The October 23 event follows a difficult first half of 2026. A September report said first-half turnover was RMB 8.64 billion, down 15.4% year over year, while loss attributable to owners reached RMB 441 million. Reported average selling prices fell 16.6% for cement, 18.6% for concrete and 15.5% for aggregates. Those are historical first-half figures, not guidance or a forecast for the nine-month period.
The nine-month update should show whether lower prices continued, whether volumes offset the decline, and whether cost controls protected profitability. Investors should read the numbers alongside management commentary rather than relying on revenue alone.

Recent figures to keep separate
Another report, dated October 14, presented quarter-specific figures in Hong Kong dollars: second-quarter 2026 revenue of HKD 5.14 billion, a net loss of HKD 291.66 million and a loss per share of HKD 0.04. These figures use a different currency and period from the first-half RMB data, so they should not be combined into a single trend without the company’s formal financial statements.

What to watch in the October 23 release
Revenue: volume versus price
Separate changes in shipment volumes from selling-price movements. A revenue decline caused mainly by prices has different implications from one caused by weaker demand or lost market share. Look for product-level and regional volume commentary where provided.
Gross margin and energy costs
Cement and concrete production are energy-intensive. Coal and other fuel inputs can materially affect margins, particularly when selling prices are under pressure. Compare gross-margin movement with the company’s explanation of coal, power, freight and other input costs.
Attributable profit or loss
Check whether the first-half loss widened or narrowed in the nine-month period, and whether any change came from operating performance, impairments, finance costs or one-off items. The attributable result is more informative for ordinary shareholders than an isolated operating metric.
Rank #4
Cash flow and balance-sheet risk
Review operating cash flow, capital spending, borrowings, cash balances and working-capital movements. A business can report improving accounting profit while cash generation remains weak, or show a loss while preserving liquidity through working-capital releases.

Management’s construction outlook
Listen for evidence about infrastructure, property and regional construction demand, as well as expected pricing discipline and capacity utilization. Commentary is not a guarantee, but it can explain whether current pressure is cyclical, regional or company-specific.

Market snapshot for stock 1313
An October 15, 2026 market report quoted China Resources Building Materials at HKD 1.02, with a market capitalization of HKD 7.2 billion and a 52-week range of HKD 0.90 to HKD 2.06. These are point-in-time figures, not fixed company characteristics; the price, capitalization and range can change during every trading session.
When comparing 1313 with other cement producers, use consistent dates and currencies. Useful comparison axes are cement, concrete and aggregate price trends; volume growth; gross-margin resilience; energy costs; attributable profit and cash flow; valuation; and balance-sheet risk. Daily price changes, P/E ratios and market capitalizations from a single market table are snapshots and should not be treated as structural peer conclusions.
How to prepare for the announcement
- Confirm the latest HKEX calendar entry and any company notice for the release time.
- Read the nine-month income statement, balance sheet and cash-flow statement together.
- Compare nine-month figures with the first-half 2026 disclosures without mixing RMB and HKD presentations.
- Check selling prices and volumes for cement, concrete and aggregates separately.
- Review coal, power, freight and other cost explanations before judging margin performance.
- Note any impairment, disposal, financing or other non-recurring item affecting the attributable result.
- Read the outlook section for demand, pricing, capacity utilization and liquidity commentary.
Bottom line for investors
October 23, 2026 is the scheduled nine-month results date for China Resources Building Materials (1313), covering the period ended September 30. The key question is whether the company’s weak first-half pricing and loss profile improved enough through the third quarter, and whether cash flow and the balance sheet remain resilient. Treat the October 15 price snapshot and all peer-market statistics as dated observations, then use the official results announcement to replace them with current figures.
