China Construction Bank (CCB) did not officially schedule its 2025 third-quarter results for October 31. Its exchange notice set publication of the unaudited report and the accompanying online presentation for Thursday, October 30, 2025. The report covered the period ended September 30, 2025. No official October 31, 2026 results date is established in the available announcement record, so investors should check CCB’s current notices before acting on that date.
What date did China Construction Bank announce?
CCB’s results-presentation notice says the bank would publish its Third Quarter Report of 2025 on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) news website on October 30, 2025. The same notice scheduled an online text interaction that day from 17:00 to 18:00 Beijing time.
The official HKEX filing describes the document as the bank and its subsidiaries’ unaudited consolidated results for the period ended September 30, 2025, prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Readers who saw an “October 31” headline are therefore looking at a date that does not match the cited 2025 notice.
The publication notice is available through HKEXnews. Because corporate calendars can change by year, the date should not be carried forward to a later reporting period without a new announcement.

Is there an October 31, 2026 CCB results schedule?
The official 2026 announcement index available for this article lists CCB’s first-quarter report dated April 29, 2026, and interim results dated August 28, 2026. It does not show an October 31, 2026 third-quarter notice in the material reviewed. That means an October 31 date for 2026 remains unconfirmed, rather than a published event date.
For a current answer, open CCB’s investor-relations announcement calendar and confirm the latest filing or results-presentation notice. Look for the reporting year, the period-end date, the publication date and any separate presentation notice; an older 2025 notice is not evidence of a 2026 schedule.

The 2025 event was an online text interaction hosted through the SSE Roadshow Center. It ran on Thursday, October 30, from 17:00 to 18:00 Beijing time. Investors outside China should convert that window to their local time and allow for the date change in regions west of Beijing.

Participants could email questions to ir@ccb.com by 23:59 Beijing time on Monday, October 27, 2025. The deadline was three days before the presentation. A question sent after that cutoff was not covered by the notice’s advance-submission procedure, so investors should rely on the latest event instructions for any future presentation.

What to read before joining
Download the unaudited consolidated report first, then use the presentation to clarify figures or management commentary. The filing’s IFRS basis matters when comparing CCB’s numbers with companies reporting under another accounting framework. Check the report’s period-end date as well as its publication date so a quarterly figure is not mistaken for a full-year result.
