Chicco Israel lists the Miinimo 2 for children from birth through a maximum weight of 15 kg. Its listing describes four backrest positions, including full recline, and a five-point harness. OCU also lists a 15 kg maximum and four backrest positions. Those specifications support the stated age-stage use, but the sources available here do not include a Miinimo 2 instruction manual with detailed infant-use guidance. Check the manual for the exact stroller you are buying and follow its instructions for your child’s age and development.

How much does the Miinimo 2 weigh, and how small does it fold?
The published figures conflict, so they should not be treated as one definitive global specification.

Chicco Israel also gives open dimensions of 48.5 cm wide × 104 cm high × 80 cm deep. The OCU entry separately lists a 3 kg basket limit. Differences in the two sources’ weight and folded measurements mean buyers should confirm the specification for their own market and generation rather than relying on a single figure for every Miinimo 2.

Can you use a car seat or carrycot with the Miinimo 2?
Do not assume Miinimo 3 compatibility carries over to Miinimo 2. The available Miinimo 3 instructions name the KeyFit, Kaily, and Kiros i-Size car seats and a Chicco soft carrycot; they say special adapters are sold separately. That manual does not establish that those seats, adapters, or the carrycot work with Miinimo 2. For a Miinimo 2, require compatibility documentation for the precise stroller generation, seat or carrycot, and adapter before buying or attaching them.

OCU labels the Miinimo 2 discontinued, while a Chicco Israel product page remains available. Those signals do not prove that the stroller is unavailable everywhere: stock and support can differ by country and seller. Chicco USA’s manuals page, as represented in the available source, lists many strollers but not the Miinimo; that is not evidence of worldwide discontinuation.

If you are considering a new or second-hand stroller, check local stock and whether the seller or manufacturer can provide service and model-specific documentation. Confirm the generation on the frame or product label, what accessories are actually included, and whether replacement parts are obtainable in your region.

- Confirm the stroller is a Miinimo 2, not another Miinimo generation.
- Check the local manual for the intended child age and weight limit, harness use, and operating instructions.
- Ask for the regional model’s weight and folded dimensions; published figures differ.
- Confirm whether the rain cover, carry bag, bumper bar, and other listed items are in that package.
- Do not buy a car seat, carrycot, or adapter for Miinimo 2 based only on Miinimo 3 compatibility information.
- Check local availability, service support, and parts options, especially for a used stroller.
