The Chefman Multifunctional Digital Air Fryer, model RJ38-10-RDO-V2, is a countertop oven-style air fryer with a listed 10-quart capacity, five cooking functions and 17 presets. Its specification sheet suggests flexibility for people who want air frying plus rotisserie and dehydrating options in one appliance. But those features do not establish how evenly or quickly it cooks: the available evidence is manufacturer specifications and a dated price report, not independent performance testing.
Which Chefman 10-quart model is this?
This review concerns the U.S. model RJ38-10-RDO-V2. Chefman also lists a Canadian version, RJ38-10-RDO-V2-CA, and separate 14-quart and other air-fryer models. Their specifications should not be treated as interchangeable.
The U.S. product page lists a 10 qt (9.46 L) capacity, dimensions of 12 × 12 × 15 inches, a weight of 14.2 lb, and electrical requirements of 1700W/120V. These are manufacturer-listed figures, not independent measurements. See Chefman’s U.S. product listing.
What can it cook?
Chefman lists five functions: air fry, bake, roast, rotisserie and dehydrate. The U.S. page specifies a temperature range of 95–400°F and 17 presets. The lower end is relevant to dehydrating, while 400°F is the stated maximum for high-heat cooking.

Preset counts vary across Chefman materials: its current U.S. listing says 17, while an official product-information page and FAQ describe 14. The Canadian model page also lists 17 presets, but its stated temperature range is 200–400°F. For this review, the U.S. model’s current product listing is the applicable specification; check the documentation supplied with the exact unit if the preset count or temperature range is important to your recipes. How useful are the capacity and accessories?
The 10-quart figure describes the appliance’s nominal capacity, but it does not tell you how much food can fit in a single layer or whether a particular meal will cook evenly. Its 12 × 12 × 15-inch listed dimensions can help you check available counter space; allow additional room if your setup needs clearance for ventilation or access to the door.

Chefman’s materials name air-flow or wire racks, a rotisserie spit and forks, a rotating basket, a drip tray and a retrieval tool. Rack counts conflict: one official product-information extract says two air-flow racks, while the user-guide extract lists three wire racks. Confirm the contents for the exact revision on its box or in its manual rather than relying on a universal count. The manufacturer-hosted user guide is the relevant reference for setup and safe operation.

Chefman lists an interior light, a large viewing window, dishwasher-safe parts and a gloss-black finish. Those are product features, not evidence of how convenient the controls are in daily use or how much cleaning the appliance requires after cooking. The available information does not establish crispness, cooking speed or evenness, operating noise, durability, or long-term reliability.

The manufacturer lists the unit as cETL approved and includes a one-year Chefman assurance. Review the current warranty terms and the included manual for coverage details before relying on that period for a particular purchase.
What does it cost, and is the deal current?
Chefman’s U.S. product page displayed $139.99 in the cited price snapshot. Tom’s Guide reported a roughly $69–$70 Amazon deal on October 6, 2026, during Prime Big Deal Days. Both prices are dated snapshots, not a guarantee of what the appliance costs now. Check the current seller, price and model number before buying; for a marketplace listing, confirm that it explicitly identifies RJ38-10-RDO-V2 rather than a related 10-quart or 14-quart model. Who should consider it?
The feature list makes this model worth considering if you specifically want an oven-style appliance with rotisserie and dehydrating functions alongside air frying, baking and roasting. Its nominal 10-quart capacity and listed footprint are useful starting points for assessing fit, but they cannot predict batch size or cooking results.
