The cheapest Xfinity internet offer listed in the official pages reviewed on October 7, 2026, is Internet Essentials: $14.95 per month for speeds up to 75 Mbps. Who can get Internet Essentials?
Internet Essentials has the lowest listed monthly price, but it is a restricted program rather than a standard offer for every Xfinity customer. According to the program terms, applicants must live in an area where Comcast offers service and either participate in qualifying public assistance or have household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The terms also require that applicants have no outstanding Comcast debt or unreturned equipment less than one year old, and have not had Xfinity Internet within the previous 90 days.
Xfinity lists programs such as the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, and SNAP as examples of qualifying assistance on its application page. Proof may be required. Review the current program terms and application instructions to determine whether your household qualifies.

What NOW Internet’s starting price includes—and requires
Xfinity advertises NOW Internet as starting at $30 per month, with taxes and fees included. The offer also advertises WiFi equipment, no annual contract, and the ability to pause and resume service. It is a prepaid option, not a universal price quote for all addresses.

If your household qualifies, compare the $14.95 tier for up to 75 Mbps with the $29.95 tier for up to 100 Mbps. Consider the number of people and activities sharing the connection, but treat the advertised speeds as maximums rather than a promise of sustained performance. Program equipment may be delivered or picked up; professional installation costs extra, according to the Internet Essentials materials.

Consider NOW if you want a prepaid option
NOW may fit if you do not use Internet Essentials and prefer a prepaid offer with taxes and fees included, no annual contract, and pause/resume flexibility. Account for its required self-installation, refurbished gateway activation, and online-card autopay and paperless-billing conditions when deciding whether the offer suits you.
