How can I avoid fake sign-in pages?
- Confirm the address uses the chase.com domain before entering credentials. Watch for misspellings, extra words, unusual characters, or look-alike domains.
- Do not sign in through links in unexpected messages. Instead, open chase.com yourself or launch the official app.
- When connecting an outside app or website, Chase says you should see a secure Chase sign-in window and sign in directly with Chase. The outside service should not receive your Chase username or password through that process.
- Review or remove connected services in Linked apps within the Security & Privacy Center or the mobile app.
See Chase’s online safety guidance for its advice about checking website addresses and linked apps.
