When the PZ wireless scale makes sense

- Start with the setting. These products are presented in a commercial-kitchen and food-processing context. If you need a scale for ordinary home cooking, search specifically for a consumer digital kitchen scale rather than assuming these commercial models are home products.
- Match capacity and resolution to the task. The PZ page lists 30 lb and 60 lb capacity options but does not state resolution in the cited product information. The RP30 lists its capacity and resolution together. Do not treat the capacities as equivalent without considering the weight range and precision your work requires.
