No—Candy Crush Saga does not document a built-in level-skip feature. King describes progression as passing each available level with at least one star. If a board is blocking you, check its goal and mode, then use an eligible booster or wait for a life to recharge before trying again.
Can you skip a level in Candy Crush Saga?
King’s support guidance says players must pass available levels to move forward, earning at least one star. It does not describe a built-in option to bypass a board. A King Community moderator has likewise said levels cannot be skipped, though community replies are not the same as formal support documentation.

Do not treat claims about paying a fixed number of Gold Bars to skip a level as an official or universal feature. King’s support material describes boosters and extra moves, not a general level-skip purchase.

Check the objective before starting
Each level has a goal, and the game displays its mode and target before play. Identify exactly what must be done—such as clearing jelly, collecting orders, releasing Gummi Dragons, clearing a path, or completing a combination of objectives. A strategy that helps with one target may not help with another.

Choose an eligible booster for the obstacle
King describes boosters as aids for difficult levels. Some can be selected before play to add moves or place special candies; others, including the Lollipop Hammer, Free Switch, and UFO, can be used during a level. Their effects differ, and some boosters are unavailable on certain boards, so check what the level allows rather than assuming a particular item will work.
Some boosters can be earned through in-game routes, while some may be bought with Gold Bars. Treat a purchase or extra moves as optional: neither guarantees a win.

Retry without assuming a fixed number of attempts
A failed level uses a life. King’s support says the heart meter starts with five lives and replenishes one life every 30 minutes while you wait; you can also ask friends for lives. That recharge guidance reflects King’s support instructions, and interfaces may vary. The official material does not establish a predictable number of tries after which a board becomes easier.
Why no new level appears on the map
If you have reached the end of the visible map, King lists several possible reasons:

- You may have completed all currently available content.
- The app may need an update.
- A previous level may not have at least one star.
- The latest update may not yet be available on your platform; mobile and desktop releases can arrive at different times.
Check for an app update and review earlier levels for any that do not show a star. If you have completed the available content and the next update has not reached your platform, there may simply be no new level to open yet.

Do not delete and reinstall the app as a way to get past a difficult level. King warns that boosters may be lost when the app or its data is deleted or reinstalled. Use the game’s available recovery or support options before taking an action that could remove stored data.
