Jellynauts may be missing because the event is no longer running, is not currently enabled for your account, or was temporarily hidden by a connection or login problem. King describes special events as limited-time bonus features that can vary during testing or maintenance, and says it cannot manually add an event to an account. The Jellynauts announcement that is publicly documented covered Halloween 2025, so it does not establish a 2026 schedule or prove that every player should see the event now.
Work through the checks below in order. They can refresh event delivery when the cause is temporary, but none guarantees that Jellynauts will return.
What it means when Jellynauts is not appearing
A missing event is not automatically evidence that Candy Crush Saga is broken. King Community moderator Alex_The_Witch explains that special events are “bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently.” King also says events can be limited-time features and may differ while the game is being tested or maintained. In those cases, there may be nothing to repair on the device: the event simply is not available to that player at that moment.
A second possibility is a temporary connection or login problem. If the game loses its signal while your account is connecting, the event panel can disappear until the game successfully refreshes. When Jellynauts was actually announced
King Community’s October 7, 2025 announcement described two Halloween activities in Candy Crush Saga. The dates below are historical, not a current offer:

Try these fixes in order
Follow the sequence once, checking the map or Events folder after each stage. Stop when the event appears; continuing to reset the game will not make an inactive event available.
1. Confirm that the game has a stable connection
Use a dependable Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection and avoid switching networks while the game is logging in. King’s moderator specifically identifies a momentary signal loss or connection problem during login as a reason an event can temporarily disappear. Let the game finish loading before navigating away from the map.
- If you were offline when the game opened, reconnect and launch it again.
- Do not treat a connection test as proof that Jellynauts is scheduled; it only removes one possible delivery problem.
- If other online elements are also slow or missing, keep the connection stable while you perform the next steps.
2. Play one regular level
Start and complete one available level, then return to the map. King Community guidance includes playing a level and revisiting the event area as a way to prompt the game to refresh available activities. A separate community reply describes replaying an older level, returning to the map, and checking the Events folder.
- From the map, select any level you can play.
- Finish the level normally; there is no documented requirement for a particular score.
- Return to the map instead of closing immediately.
- Open the Events folder or event area and look for Jellynauts.
This is a refresh attempt, not a workaround that can bypass event timing or eligibility.
3. Close the game and restart the device
Exit Candy Crush Saga completely, then restart the phone or tablet. After the device has rebooted, reconnect to the internet and open the game again. This clears a stalled session more reliably than repeatedly switching between screens inside an open app.

Check the map and Events folder after the fresh login. If the feature remains absent, do not infer that the device is permanently incompatible; the event may simply not be active for your account.
4. Install the latest game update
Check your device’s app store for a Candy Crush Saga update and install it if one is offered. A 2026 King Community Manager update asked players who experienced disappearing events to update the game, then provide their platform and Game ID if the problem continued. That update referred to an earlier fix and later reports that the issue had recurred for some players; it does not show that every missing event is a current software defect.

5. Report the problem with the details support needs
If Jellynauts should be active according to a current in-game announcement but is still missing after the steps above, contact King through its support channels. Include:
- Your device platform, such as iOS or Android.
- Your Candy Crush Game ID.
- The date and approximate time you noticed the event was missing.
- Whether you had a stable connection, played a level, restarted the device, and updated the game.
- What you see in the map and Events folder, including any error message.
King’s 2026 update specifically requested the platform and Game ID for continuing cases. Supplying those details lets support distinguish an account-level delivery issue from an event that is not currently assigned to you.
How to tell whether troubleshooting can help
The event was advertised for a date that has passed
If your only evidence is the 2025 Halloween announcement, the documented runs ended on November 2, 2025. The connection, level, restart, and update steps cannot extend those dates. Look for a new, in-game announcement or a current King Community post before assuming Jellynauts should be visible.
Other events are visible, but Jellynauts is not
Seeing other activities while Jellynauts is absent is consistent with event-specific availability. King says special events can vary during testing and maintenance, so one event can be unavailable while another remains on the map. Complete the refresh sequence once, then treat continued absence as an availability question rather than repeatedly reinstalling or resetting the device.
The entire Events area is empty
An empty Events folder after a login interruption is the situation in which a stable connection, one completed level, and a full restart are most useful. If the folder remains empty after an update, report the platform and Game ID. The available guidance does not identify a single device setting that restores every missing event.
The event appeared and then vanished
A temporary signal loss can hide an event after login, and an event can also disappear when its timer or run ends. Note when it vanished and whether the game was reconnecting. That information is more useful to support than repeatedly clearing screens without recording what changed.

Use the symptom pattern as a triage guide
The pattern you see can help you choose the next sensible action, although it cannot prove the underlying cause. Treat these clues as practical triage rather than a diagnosis:

King’s moderator says the suggested checks are not guaranteed to bring an event back. King also says support cannot manually add a special event to an account. This matters because no amount of troubleshooting can create a Jellynauts run that is closed, under testing, or unavailable to your player group.
The most realistic outcomes are:
- The event returns after the game completes a clean online refresh.
- An update resolves an event-delivery problem affecting some players.
- Support confirms that the event is not currently available, in which case there is no device-side fix to apply.
Do not buy accessories, repair software, or other physical products expecting them to restore an in-game event. Availability is controlled by the game service, event schedule, testing configuration, and account delivery—not by the phone’s case, storage accessory, or other hardware add-on.
Information to record before contacting support
A concise record helps support investigate without making you repeat the same troubleshooting. Write down the game version shown by your app store or game information screen, your platform, your Game ID, and the time zone or approximate local time when you checked. Note whether you could play ordinary levels and whether other event tiles were present.

Repeating resets indefinitely
One complete refresh sequence is reasonable. Repeating restarts, reinstalling without guidance, or changing unrelated device settings will not overcome a closed event or an account that was not selected for a test.
Confusing a missing event with lost game progress
A missing event tile is different from missing levels or account progress. Report the event visibility problem precisely so support can investigate event delivery rather than a separate save-data issue.
Using the historical prize as a current incentive
The 250 Gold Bars mentioned in the 2025 Gold Heist announcement applied to that tournament. It is not evidence of a current prize, and it should not be used to judge whether a 2026 event is available.

- Dates: Are you relying on the October 2025 announcement, or is there a current in-game notice?
- Connection: Was the game online and fully connected during login?
