Usually, no. When a timed MONOPOLY GO event ends, its ordinary milestone and tournament track normally closes with it. You cannot replay the finished event or move its missed milestones into a new one. The important exception is a feature that explicitly says rewards carry over, or a limited offer that provides its own post-expiry collection prompt. For an account-specific reward that was visibly earned but never delivered, the reliable remedy is MONOPOLY GO’s in-game Customer Service, not a third-party recovery tool.
What happens when a MONOPOLY GO event ends?
An event timer is generally a hard boundary for the event’s milestone track. While the event is active, you can earn points, unlock milestones and claim the rewards shown in its panel. After the timer reaches zero, the event normally disappears or becomes unavailable, and missed milestones cannot be replayed in a later event.
The official Racers guidance states: “Any unopened rewards will carry over into the next round, but all rewards must be claimed before the Racers Event ends.” This wording has two separate parts. Unopened lap rewards may be visible in the next round of that feature, but the event still requires every reward to be claimed before its end. It does not say that the completed Racers event can be reopened, nor does it create a general rule for every MONOPOLY GO event.

Carry-over is not the same as replay
A carry-over provision applies only where the feature’s own rules identify it. It may preserve an unopened reward for the next round, but it does not restore the previous event’s timer, leaderboard, milestones or opportunities to earn points. Do not assume that language about a lap, partner reward or next round applies to a regular tournament or another event type.

Can you claim a milestone after the deadline?
For ordinary event and tournament milestones, plan on claiming before the displayed end time. If a milestone was unlocked but you left it unopened, the server may still treat the event as closed once the timer expires. The game does not promise a universal grace period, replay button or automatic conversion of those rewards.
Use this distinction when diagnosing what happened:

How to avoid losing rewards while an event is active
Claim unlocked milestones as soon as they appear
- Open MONOPOLY GO and confirm that you are signed in to the account that earned the points.
- Tap the event icon or event panel shown on the game screen.
- Review the milestone track and identify every reward marked as unlocked.
- Tap each unlocked reward and wait for the collection animation or balance change before closing the panel.
- Repeat the check after completing a final action, because the event timer can expire while you are playing.
A screenshot of the unlocked milestone, event name and remaining timer is useful if the reward does not arrive. Record the approximate time and the account identifier you use in the game.

Understand Quick Wins’ separate clock
Quick Wins is not simply another event milestone bar. The official Help Center says, “Each day, you’ll receive three Quick Win tasks to complete within a 24-hour timeframe.” It also says that “the daily reset takes place at 1pm UTC.” A task can therefore expire when its own 24-hour window closes, even if another event is still available.
Completing the action is not always the final step. The Quick Wins instructions specify: “When completing a task, press ‘Tap to Claim!’ to earn points towards the weekly prize bar located at the bottom of the Quick Wins page.” If you finish the task but do not press Tap to Claim!, the points may not be credited to the weekly bar. Open Quick Wins after each task, tap the claim control and verify that the bar moved.
What if the event ended but you definitely earned the reward?
Treat this as a missing-reward or account-state problem rather than a request to replay the event. First rule out a display or account mismatch, then escalate with evidence.

Check the game before opening a ticket
- Fully close and reopen MONOPOLY GO. A restart can refresh an event panel or balance that did not update immediately.
- Verify that the correct account is active. A different sign-in method or account can show a different progress state.
- Open the relevant event, partner, lap or offer panel if it is still visible, and check whether the reward is waiting to be collected.
- Compare your current dice, cash, sticker, token or other balance with the reward you expected. Capture screenshots of any discrepancy.
- Write down the event or offer name, the milestone number, when it was unlocked, when the timer ended and whether you saw a claim button.
Use Scopely’s in-game support route
For an unresolved account-specific issue, use the game’s official support flow:

- Open Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Customer Service.
- Search the displayed FAQ for the event or reward problem.
- If the answer does not resolve it, select Chat with us to create a support ticket.
Include the screenshots and timeline you collected. State whether the milestone was visibly unlocked, whether you tapped the claim control, and whether the event timer had already ended. Support can investigate the account record; a public guide or third-party site cannot change the server’s event state.
Do partner rewards or paid offers behave differently?
Partner and lap rewards
Partner-style features can have their own carry-over language. Racers is the documented example: unopened rewards may carry into the next round, but the event’s overall deadline still controls claiming. That wording does not prove that every partner reward, tournament prize or milestone behaves the same way. Read the instructions displayed for the specific feature and save a screenshot if the language is important.

Limited purchased offers
A separate Shield Ventures FAQ gives a feature-specific exception: “No, once the offer ends, you will get a reminder popup to collect all your rewards.” This means that at least one limited offer is designed to remind players after expiry. It is not evidence that ordinary event milestones remain claimable, and it does not guarantee that an unrelated offer will show the same popup.
If you see that reminder, collect the listed rewards from the popup and confirm the resulting balance. If no reminder appears, do not wait indefinitely; use the offer’s visible support option and the in-game Customer Service path.
Why does a MONOPOLY GO reward link fail?
External reward links have conditions that are different from in-game milestones. A failed link does not necessarily mean the event itself was replayable or that the reward was removed from your account. Common causes include:

- Expiration: the link was valid only for a limited period.
- Prior redemption: the reward was already claimed, possibly on another attempt or account.
- Publisher disablement: the publisher turned off the link before you used it.
- Eligibility: the account, region, level or campaign conditions do not match.
- Wrong context: the link was opened in a browser, device or signed-in account that the game could not associate with the intended profile.
Safe troubleshooting for a link
- Open the link on the device where MONOPOLY GO is installed.
- Make sure the game is signed in to the account that should receive the reward.
- Retry once after reopening the game, watching for an in-game confirmation or balance change.
- Do not repeatedly submit a link if it reports that it has already been claimed or disabled.
- If the reward was advertised for your account and still does not arrive, submit the link, error message, timestamp and screenshots through Menu → Settings → Customer Service → Chat with us.
A third-party website cannot extend a Scopely-controlled expiration, re-enable a disabled link or alter your account eligibility.

What evidence should you send to support?
A precise report gives Customer Service something to match against the account record. Include:
- the exact event, tournament, Quick Wins task, partner feature or offer name;
- the milestone number or reward description;
- the approximate UTC time when you completed or unlocked it;
- whether the timer was active, at zero or already gone;
- whether you pressed Claim or Tap to Claim!;
- screenshots showing the event panel, timer, claim state or error;
- the device and the account sign-in context, without sharing passwords or payment details.
There is no published recovery-rate or success-rate statistic for these requests, so support outcomes should not be treated as guaranteed. The documented route is still the only appropriate way to ask Scopely to inspect a specific account.
Bottom line for missed milestones and expired rewards
You generally cannot replay a finished MONOPOLY GO event. Claim ordinary milestones before the timer ends. Follow the exact instructions for exceptions: Racers describes limited carry-over of unopened lap rewards, Quick Wins requires a claim tap within its task schedule, and some paid offers show a post-expiry reminder. When a reward was earned but is missing, restart the game, verify the account, collect evidence and use Menu → Settings → Customer Service → Chat with us. For external links, expiration, prior redemption, disablement and eligibility are real limits that no third party can bypass.
