Yes. Aniimo accepts gift codes inside the game on phones, PlayStation 5 and Xbox. Open the main menu, go to Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption, submit the code exactly as published, then collect the reward from Mail. Touch controls and controller prompts differ, but the account flow is the same.
Aniimo’s mobile client supports cross-progression with PC and consoles when you use the same account and server. That means a code redeemed on one supported platform can be useful on another, provided the reward is delivered to the same account’s in-game Mail.
Which platforms support Aniimo codes?
Aniimo launched on Windows PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox on September 16, 2026. The iOS and Android versions followed on September 23, 2026. The mobile launch announcement states that mobile platforms have “full cross-progression with PC and Consoles.”
Code redemption is performed by the game client rather than by a separate browser form. Current redemption instructions describe the same destination on mobile and console: the main in-game menu, Settings, Account, and then Gift Code Redemption.

What cross-progression does—and does not—require
- Sign in with the same Aniimo account on each device.
- Select the same server. A different server can make a character, resources or party lineup appear to be missing even when the login is correct.
- Redeem the code while logged into the account that owns the character you want to receive the reward.
Cross-progression is account-based, not an automatic merge of unrelated accounts. If you started on console with one login and later open the mobile version with another, the mobile client will not show the console character or its Mail.

The official announcements confirm platform availability and progression, but they do not publish separate button-by-button manuals for every controller or phone layout. A client update can move a menu or change a prompt while retaining the same account path.
How to redeem an Aniimo code on mobile
Use the following procedure in the iOS or Android client. You need to be signed in and have reached a point where the relevant account features are available.

- Launch Aniimo. Wait for the character or title screen to finish loading, then sign in to the account that should receive the reward.
- Check the server. If you use more than one server, select the one containing your intended character before opening the menu.
- Open the main in-game menu. Depending on the current touch layout, this may be presented as a phone or pause menu.
- Tap Settings. Do not use a device-level settings screen; the option is inside Aniimo.
- Open Account. This section contains account-related actions, including gift-code entry.
- Choose Gift Code Redemption. A text field or redemption panel should appear.
- Enter the code exactly. Preserve uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and punctuation. Do not add a space before or after the code. Pasting is convenient, but check that the phone has not inserted a trailing space or changed a character.
- Submit the entry. Wait for the client’s confirmation or error message before leaving the screen.
- Open Mail. Return to the game and use the in-game Mail feature to claim the reward. The item is sent there instead of being placed straight into your inventory.
Why a mobile player may not see Mail
If Mail is absent from the interface, progress through the opening story rather than assuming the code failed. PC Gamer identifies the Chasing The Clouds quest as the point at which the in-game mail menu becomes available. After that feature unlocks, return to Mail and check for the delivery.
How to redeem an Aniimo code on PS5 or Xbox
The console route uses the same in-game destination. The difference is navigation: you select each item with a controller instead of tapping it.
- Start Aniimo on PS5 or Xbox and sign in to the account holding the character.
- Confirm the server before proceeding, especially if you also play on a phone or PC.
- Open the pause or phone menu with the controller button shown by the current on-screen prompt.
- Select Settings, then Account.
- Highlight Gift Code Redemption and open it.
- Enter the complete code using the console keyboard. Check capitalization and punctuation; a visually similar character can make a valid code appear invalid.
- Confirm submission and wait for the result. Avoid repeatedly submitting while the client is still processing the first attempt.
- Navigate to Mail and open the message containing the reward. Claim it from the message before checking your inventory.
Controller button names can vary by platform, accessibility configuration and client update. Follow the prompt shown in your copy of Aniimo; the menu labels, rather than a particular button, identify the correct route.

Where the reward goes after redemption
A successful code entry does not necessarily produce an immediate inventory pop-up. Aniimo’s official launch notice says in-game rewards are issued through official events and in-game Mail. Current redemption guides likewise direct players to Mail after submitting a code.

If the message is not visible, allow the client a short moment to synchronize, then revisit Mail. Close and reopen the menu if the interface has not refreshed. Do not redeem the same code repeatedly while waiting; a code may be marked as used even though the message has not yet been opened.
What to check when an Aniimo code fails

Distinguish a redemption problem from a delivery delay
There are two separate checkpoints: code acceptance and Mail delivery. An error on the redemption screen concerns the code, account or eligibility. A successful confirmation followed by an empty inventory is usually a delivery-location issue, because Aniimo sends these rewards to Mail. Record the exact message shown by the client before attempting another entry.

How codes, expiry and account limits work
Aniimo codes are case-sensitive according to current launch guidance. Treat the published string as an exact token: preserve letter case, numbers and symbols, and do not “correct” characters that look unusual.
Promotional codes can be time-limited or restricted to one use per account. Active strings, expiration dates and regional eligibility are volatile, so verify the code against the official Aniimo announcement or the live client at the time you redeem it. A list that was accurate at launch can contain expired entries later.
The figure of more than 40 million global pre-registrations, cited in Aniimo’s September 23, 2026 mobile-launch notice, relates to launch milestone rewards. It is not evidence that a particular gift code is still active and does not change the redemption steps.

Staying safe while looking for codes
Use announcements and redemption prompts from official Aniimo channels. The official notice says rewards are delivered through official events and in-game Mail, and that Aniimo will not ask for a verification code or payment to claim them.
- Never give a login verification code to a site, message or person promising a reward.
- Do not pay to “activate” a free promotional code.
- Avoid code generators, unfamiliar QR codes and links that ask you to sign in outside the game.
- Enter codes only in Aniimo’s in-client Gift Code Redemption screen.
- If a page asks for account credentials before showing a code, leave it and use an official announcement instead.
A legitimate reward should arrive as an in-game Mail message after the client accepts the code. A request for payment or an authentication code conflicts with Aniimo’s published reward policy.
Using one redemption across phone and console
You do not need to redeem a code separately on every device when the platforms are connected to the same Aniimo account and server. For example, redeeming on an Android phone sends the reward to that account’s Mail; signing into the matching account and server on PS5 or Xbox should expose the shared progression described in the mobile launch announcement.

If the second platform opens a new character, check the login identity first, then verify the server. Do not create another account as a troubleshooting step, because that can make the separation harder to diagnose. Once the correct account and server are selected, complete any required story progress before looking for Mail.
