Yes, but not as a native Windows game. The official options documented by PlayStation are cloud streaming through a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription, when Bloodborne is streamable in your country and account, or Remote Play from a PS4 or PS5 that runs the game. Both methods send video to your PC; neither installs a PC edition or makes the PC run the game locally.
What “playing Bloodborne on PC” actually means
PlayStation’s current store listing identifies Bloodborne as a PS4 Version and marks it Remote Play supported. The official materials reviewed do not identify a native Windows release or a PC installer. That distinction matters: a powerful graphics card cannot launch the console game directly, because the supported PC routes leave the game running on PlayStation infrastructure or on your own console.
There are two official ways to see and control the game on a computer:

- PS Remote Play: A PS4 or PS5 in your possession runs Bloodborne and streams its output to a compatible PC.
Availability is not universal. PlayStation says catalog games and streaming eligibility vary by country, plan and time, and some catalog games cannot be streamed even when they appear in the catalog. The United States storefront currently displays Bloodborne as a catalog example, but that listing is not a guarantee for another region or for every subscriber.

Option 1: PlayStation Plus Premium cloud streaming
How the cloud route works
With an active PlayStation Plus Premium membership, you use the PlayStation Plus PC app to select an eligible game and stream it. The game executes on PlayStation’s streaming service; your computer decodes the video and transmits controller commands. You do not download the PS4 game files to Windows, and your PC hardware does not determine the game’s console rendering performance.
Check eligibility before paying
Open the current PlayStation Plus catalog for your country while signed in to the account you would use for streaming. Look for Bloodborne and, specifically, a Stream action. A catalog entry without a stream option does not establish that the title is playable through the PC app. PlayStation warns that catalog contents change and that availability differs by territory and plan.
The United States catalog page is useful as an example because it currently displays Bloodborne, but it should not be treated as a worldwide availability statement. If you are considering Premium only for this game, verify the stream control first and check the renewal price and cancellation terms shown for your region.

Official PC requirements
PlayStation’s US PC and streaming guide lists these minimum specifications for its PC app:

These figures are service thresholds published by PlayStation, not independent performance tests. Meeting them does not guarantee low input delay, uninterrupted play or a particular image quality. Wi-Fi congestion, route quality to Sony’s servers, household traffic and distance from the streaming region can all affect the result.
Cloud-streaming setup
- Create or sign in to the PlayStation Network account you intend to use. Add the payment details required by the PC-app guidance and confirm that the account holder meets the stated age requirement.
- Subscribe to PlayStation Plus Premium in your local PlayStation store, unless your account already has that tier.
- Install the official PlayStation Plus PC app on a Windows 10 computer that meets the published minimums.
- Connect a compatible controller by USB or supported wireless connection. A controller is an input device; purchasing one does not provide a PC version of Bloodborne.
- Sign in, open the catalog and search for Bloodborne. Confirm that the game shows a stream option for your account and location.
- Start the stream and allow the app to test or negotiate the connection. If the picture is unstable, stop other heavy network traffic before changing hardware.
Option 2: Remote Play from a PS4 or PS5
What Remote Play requires
Remote Play is different from cloud streaming. Your PS4 or PS5 must be available, have access to Bloodborne, and remain able to run the game. The PC receives a live feed from that console and sends commands back to it. The console therefore remains the required game platform even though the monitor and keyboard-sized device in front of you is a PC.

- PS Remote Play requires Remote Play App connected to Wi-Fi, PS4 or PS5 console with the latest system software and compatible game. A PS4 or PS5 console with a wired connection via a LAN cable is recommended. Version 4.0 of the Remote Play App on iOS and iPadOS or version 4.1 on macOS is required for games to be playable with the controller over Bluetooth.
PlayStation’s Remote Play guidance supports PC and Mac clients and lists DUALSHOCK 4, DualSense and DualSense Edge among compatible controllers. Bloodborne’s store page explicitly marks Remote Play support.
Remote Play setup
- Install the official PS Remote Play application for your computer.
- On the console, sign in with the same PlayStation Network account used by the Remote Play app. Enable Remote Play in the console’s settings.
- If you want to wake the console while it is in rest mode, enable the relevant rest-mode network and power options. Otherwise, start the console normally before connecting.
- Connect a supported controller to the PC. DualSense is documented for Remote Play; use the controller models and connection method supported by your console and app version.
- Launch PS Remote Play, choose PS4 or PS5, and follow the pairing instructions. The app searches for the console on the account and network.
- After the console screen appears, open Bloodborne from the console dashboard. The game is still executing on the PlayStation, not on Windows.
Remote Play network limits
Remote Play performance depends on the connection between your PC and console and, when you are away from home, the internet path between them. A wired Ethernet connection to either endpoint can reduce interference, but it cannot remove all delay. PlayStation’s device guidance does not promise a fixed frame rate, latency or image quality for a particular setup.

Which route fits your situation?
Choose cloud streaming when
- You do not own a PS4 or PS5.
- Your local catalog shows Bloodborne with a Stream option under Premium.
- You can maintain a stable broadband connection and accept service-dependent latency.
- You prefer not to keep a console powered or accessible.
Choose Remote Play when
- You already own or can access a PS4 or PS5 with Bloodborne.
- The title is unavailable for cloud streaming in your country or plan.
- You want access to your own console saves and installed game rather than a changing catalog entry.
- You can place the console and network equipment where the connection to your PC is reliable.
Neither route is a native PC edition
In both cases, Windows is acting as a display and input endpoint. Installing a newer GPU, adding storage or upgrading RAM beyond the app’s minimums will not turn the PS4 release into a locally executable PC game. The official sources reviewed provide no native PC installation route and no release timetable for one.

Connection and controller troubleshooting
The game does not appear in the catalog
Confirm that you are viewing the catalog for the correct country, that the account has Premium, and that the listing offers streaming rather than only a catalog download or purchase. Availability can change over time, so a previous listing or another person’s region is not proof of current eligibility.
The Stream button is missing
Check the account tier and the app’s signed-in account, then review the title’s current detail page. PlayStation notes that some catalog games may not be streamable. If the restriction is regional or catalog-based, Remote Play from a console is the official alternative.

- Measure the connection at the PC while the stream is running, not only at the router.
- Stop large downloads, video uploads, cloud backups and other traffic on the same connection.
- Use Ethernet where practical, or move the PC closer to a suitable wireless access point.
- Restart the app and console or streaming session after confirming that the service is available.
- Remember that 5 Mbps is PlayStation’s recommendation and 15 Mbps is its stated 1080p guidance, not a latency guarantee.
Input feels delayed
Delay can come from the controller connection, local Wi-Fi, the internet route, the display’s processing mode or the remote service. Try a wired controller connection and a wired network connection, then test at another time of day. Neither PlayStation’s catalog guidance nor its Remote Play page establishes a universal latency number.
The controller is not detected
Reconnect it directly to the PC, update the Remote Play or PlayStation Plus app, and use a controller model listed as compatible for that route. A controller accessory only supplies input; it does not change the game’s platform status.
What you should have before starting
- A PlayStation Network account that can use the selected service.
- A compatible controller, preferably connected by USB while troubleshooting.
- For cloud streaming: Premium membership, a supported country and a current Stream option for Bloodborne.
- For Remote Play: access to a PS4 or PS5, the game on that console and Remote Play enabled.
- A Windows 10 PC meeting PlayStation’s published app minimums.
- Broadband that meets or exceeds PlayStation’s guidance, with enough capacity left for other household use.
Bottom line on a PC version
You can play Bloodborne while sitting at a PC, but the official methods are streaming methods. Use PlayStation Plus Premium cloud streaming only after confirming that your local account can stream the title, or use Remote Play if you have a PS4 or PS5. The official information available as of October 11, 2026 identifies Bloodborne as a PS4 game and does not identify a native Windows release or a timetable for one.
