The first check is whether an account transfer is allowed at all. FUNFLY’s Terms of Service, effective August 31, 2026, say accounts are FUNFLY’s property and the player’s license is non-transferable. The terms also restrict certain outside transfers and sales of virtual items without written permission, and say prohibited transfers may lead to account termination. A marketplace’s escrow or a seller’s promise does not change those terms.
Can a Last War account be transferred?
FUNFLY’s Terms of Service state that an account is owned by FUNFLY, not the player who created it. Section 7 describes the user’s license to use the app as limited, revocable, and non-transferable. The terms also prohibit transferring or selling the services except where explicitly authorized, and prohibit outside trade or sale of virtual items without written permission. They say a prohibited virtual-item transfer or attempted transfer is void and may result in termination.
These terms do not describe a generally available, officially supported person-to-person account transfer process. Unless FUNFLY provides written permission for the specific transfer, do not treat a third-party sale as an authorized handover. If you need an account-specific answer, check with official support before proceeding.
What should you verify about the account?
If you are still assessing a listing, compare the seller’s claims with current evidence tied clearly to the offered account and server. The game’s Google Play listing, updated September 22, 2026, describes base development, heroes, alliances, and in-game purchases. Those provide useful categories to check, but the listing does not establish an official valuation method.

- Server or state: Confirm where the account is located and whether that matches the listing.
- Progression: Check the stated base development and other progression details against current, unedited evidence.
- Heroes and other claimed assets: Verify each specific claim shown or promised, rather than relying on a summary or estimated account value.
- Evidence quality: Ask for recent evidence that identifies the offered account and server. Evidence can support a claim about what is visible now; it cannot guarantee future access.
- Spending claims: Treat purchase history and past spending as seller claims, not proof that virtual items are owned or will retain value.
FUNFLY’s terms say virtual items are licensed for use rather than user property, have no monetary value outside the service, and may be changed or removed. Spending therefore does not establish transferable ownership or guaranteed resale value.
What do marketplace protections actually cover?
Read the exact rules of the platform handling the transaction. For example, Itemku’s Last War account sale policy, updated February 23, 2026, requires detailed listing information and seller assistance with account security and prepared retrieval data. It says sale funds are held for 30 days, subject to Itemku’s policy.

Those are Itemku’s procedures, not FUNFLY authorization. A hold, escrow arrangement, refund policy, or dispute process can address the marketplace transaction under its own rules; none proves that the game supports the transfer or guarantees permanent account access.
What should you ask about account access and recovery?
Ask which platform credentials, account bindings, and recovery routes are involved, and what the seller says will be handed over. Do not treat a claim that links have been removed as proof that every recovery method is relinquished or that the seller cannot regain access.

The official terms and marketplace policy reviewed here do not establish a complete, independently verifiable handover process or a definitive way for a buyer to confirm that all recovery options have been surrendered. That uncertainty remains even if a seller provides credentials or a marketplace holds funds temporarily.

- Server or state and account progression
- Heroes and other assets specifically claimed
- Current account bindings and stated recovery situation
- Evidence recency, clarity, and whether it identifies the offered account
- Seller responsiveness and the marketplace’s written dispute rules
- The possibility of access being restricted or later recovered
No account-market safety rate, ban rate, or successful-transfer statistic is established by the official sources cited here. Do not infer one from a marketplace listing or seller assurances.
