No. Tumblr does not let you delete a reblog from another person’s blog. Deleting your original post—or even your account—does not remove copies already reblogged elsewhere. Your options depend on whether the reblog is on your own blog, you want to prevent future reblogs, the post violates Tumblr’s rules, or you have a valid copyright claim.
What you can and cannot delete
You can delete a reblog that appears on a blog you control. You cannot use ordinary post or account deletion to remove someone else’s copy. Tumblr states, “You can’t delete reblogs of your posts on other user’s blogs,” and says deleting your original post will not delete reblogs others have made. Tumblr’s Reblogs help page and its Deleting a Post help page explain these limits.
Deleting your account is not a workaround: Tumblr says reblogs remain associated with the blog that reblogged them. The person who controls that blog can remove their copy; your control over the original does not give you control over their blog.

The reblog is on your own blog
Open the blog, find the reblog, open its three-dot post menu, choose Delete, and confirm. On the web, Tumblr’s instructions start from the account icon and blog selection; in the app, use the post’s three-dot menu. Tumblr notes that deletion is final. It removes that post from your blog, not copies on other blogs. Menu labels or placement may vary as the interface changes. See Tumblr’s instructions for deleting reblogs.

You want to stop future reblogs of your post
When creating or editing your post, use the reblog control to choose “No one” instead of “Anyone (on Tumblr),” where that option is available. This controls who may reblog the post; it is not a way to erase copies that already exist. Tumblr describes the setting in its privacy options help.
A user is harassing or bothering you
Block the user from the relevant blog. Tumblr says blocked users cannot follow or message that blog, see its posts in their dashboard, or like or reblog its posts. Blocking works at the blog level, so you may need to block the user separately on other blogs you control. It limits interactions; it does not delete old copies on the other person’s blog. The post may violate Tumblr’s rules
Open the post’s three-dot menu, choose Report, and select the category that best describes the issue. Tumblr reviews reports and says it removes content when it violates its Terms of Service or User Guidelines; reporting does not guarantee removal. Tumblr also says it does not remove content simply because it is offensive. Use the report flow for a possible policy violation, not simply because you dislike or want to undo a reblog. If you believe the reblog infringes copyright, Tumblr’s formal copyright-notice process may apply. It is separate from ordinary deletion and should not be used just because a reblog is unwanted or uncredited. Tumblr’s Terms of Service describe a notice that identifies the protected work and the allegedly infringing material and its location; supplies contact information; states a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; includes a statement under penalty of perjury; and is signed. The process also allows a counter-notification if the affected user believes removal was mistaken. Review the requirements before submitting a notice.
