For a general on-field Arlecchino build in Genshin Impact Version 7.1, use four-piece Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy, ATK% sands, a Pyro DMG goblet, and a CRIT circlet. Prioritize her Normal Attack talent. Four-piece Gladiator’s Finale is a strong practical alternative if your existing pieces have better substats; her signature polearm is not required. How Arlecchino’s Bond of Life shapes the build
Arlecchino is an on-field Pyro damage dealer who uses a polearm. Bond of Life (BoL) is central to her damage: at 30% or more of her Max HP in BoL, her Normal Attacks are converted to Pyro damage, and those attacks consume BoL. Her Elemental Skill applies Blood-Debt marks; her Charged Attack absorbs those marks to grant BoL. This makes maintaining and replenishing BoL part of her field rotation rather than a secondary stat concern.

Which artifacts should you use?
Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy: the general recommendation
Two pieces provide 18% ATK. With four pieces, the set grants 18% DMG for six seconds when the wearer’s Bond of Life changes, stacking up to three times. Because Arlecchino’s play revolves around gaining and consuming BoL, this is the leading general-purpose set recommendation in the consulted Version 7.1 comparison.

Gladiator’s Finale: a practical alternative
Four-piece Gladiator’s Finale is close enough to be a sensible choice when your existing pieces have better substats. The comparison guide says stronger substats can make up the difference, so changing to Whimsy is not automatically worthwhile if it means replacing substantially better gear. It can also spare you dedicated farming for a new set.
Choose stats for your team
Vaporize and Melt
Start with ATK% sands, Pyro DMG goblet, and a CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG circlet. In Vaporize or Melt teams, Elemental Mastery may be worthwhile when your current setup needs it; its value depends on the team and weapon rather than being a universal replacement for ATK.
Overload and Mono-Pyro
For teams not relying on Vaporize or Melt, keep the standard ATK% sands, Pyro DMG goblet, and CRIT circlet as your baseline. Compare actual artifact substats before swapping main stats; an ATK% goblet can be viable when it is notably better than your Pyro option.
Weapons: the signature is optional
Crimson Moon’s Semblance is Arlecchino’s signature polearm, but it is not a requirement for a strong build. Other five-star, Battle Pass, and free-to-play polearms can be worthwhile. Which one ranks best depends on the team and investment assumptions, so choose among weapons you actually have rather than treating a single ranking as universal. Talent priority and survivability
Level Normal Attack first
Prioritize Invitation to a Beheading, Arlecchino’s Normal Attack talent, because it supports her primary on-field damage. Her Skill and Burst are lower priorities in an ordinary damage build. The Burst still matters as an emergency heal and resets her Skill cooldown, so it has a useful utility role even when it is not the first talent to invest in.
Plan around her healing restriction
Arlecchino’s passive prevents incoming healing from teammates while she is in combat; according to the consulted guide, her Burst is her only in-combat source of healing. That makes sustain and execution part of build comfort. Depending on your team and ability to avoid damage, defensive support, interruption protection, or a shield may be more valuable than pursuing a small theoretical damage increase.
