The Boltt Ace 5G is a capable first smartphone from the Boltt brand associated with Fire-Boltt. It earns an 8/10 from 91mobiles for a smooth 120Hz screen, responsive everyday use, clean software and a large battery. Its main drawbacks are inconsistent camera processing—especially in low light—and slow charging. It makes the most sense for budget-conscious buyers who value routine performance over photography or quick top-ups.
What the Boltt Ace 5G gets right
Smooth screen for everyday use
The Ace has a 6.79-inch LCD with a resolution of 720 × 1,640 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, according to Gadgets 360’s 2026 specifications listing. The high refresh rate makes scrolling and everyday interactions feel smooth, but the HD+ resolution is a compromise on a screen this large; this is not a high-resolution panel. The 91mobiles review praises its smoothness rather than presenting it as a premium display.
Responsive routine performance and clean software
91mobiles describes the phone as responsive in everyday use and praises its clean software. Gadgets 360 lists a Unisoc T8200 chipset, Android 16, RAM options of 4GB, 6GB and 8GB, and storage options of 64GB and 128GB, with expandable storage listed. Those specifications provide useful configuration context, but the review’s positive finding is about ordinary day-to-day use; it does not establish performance for demanding games or other heavy workloads.
Large battery, but ordinary endurance
The listed battery capacity is 6,000mAh. The review describes battery life as decent rather than exceptional, so the capacity should not be read as proof of a particular runtime: actual endurance depends on use, settings and network conditions.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
Where the Ace 5G falls short
Camera processing is the clearest weakness
Gadgets 360 lists a 64MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Those numbers do not tell the whole story: 91mobiles identifies image processing as an area for improvement, with low-light results a particular concern. If reliable night photography or consistently polished images matter more than basic snapshots, the Ace is not the strongest fit based on this review.
Charging takes patience
91mobiles reports that a full charge takes well over two hours. The large battery is useful for everyday use, but it does not make this a fast-charging phone. Plan to charge ahead of time if you often need to refill quickly.

- SUPERIOR COMFORT — Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
It is a large, fairly heavy handset
The review puts the phone at about 233g and 8.5mm thick. That is worth considering if you prefer a lighter, more compact phone or use your device one-handed for long periods.

Published figures differ, and they should not be treated as one settled current price. The 91mobiles review, dated October 9, 2026, says the Ace starts at ₹11,999 and later refers to ₹14,999 for the 8GB RAM variant. India Today reports a launch price of ₹13,999. Gadgets 360’s listing, last updated September 18, 2026, gives ₹14,999 as the starting price and marked the phone unavailable on that page. The sources do not clarify whether the differences reflect variants, launch offers or reporting discrepancies.

Should you buy it, or compare the Lava Virat V1 5G?
91mobiles names the Lava Virat V1 5G as a close rival. Its review-context comparison pairs a 6GB Virat configuration at ₹14,999 with the Ace’s 8GB variant at ₹14,999; that is a historical comparison, not evidence that either phone currently costs that amount. Compare current prices for the configurations you can actually buy rather than relying on that older price point.

Verdict
Dhruv Joshi’s 91mobiles review calls it “an impressive first attempt at a budget 5G phone from a new brand” and scores it 8/10. That assessment fits the phone’s strengths: smooth scrolling, responsive everyday use, clean software and a large battery. The camera processing and long charge time are meaningful compromises, while its size and the unsettled price reports deserve a check before purchase. Consider the Ace if everyday essentials are your priority and the exact configuration is competitively priced; look elsewhere if camera quality or quick charging is central to your choice.
