For most people, the 20L Bogg GO TOTE is the best-balanced choice: it is sized for a workday, gym session, or personal-item travel, includes a laptop pocket for computers up to 14 inches, and has organization features without the bulk of the 35L GO BIG. Choose GO LITTLE when you want a compact essentials bag; choose GO BIG when you need more clothing, a 16-inch laptop compartment, or a separate shoe space.
This guide compares all three GO sizes, explains the airline and under-seat caveats, identifies the currently reported colors and prices, and shows which accessories solve common packing problems.
Quick answer: which Bogg GO bag should you buy?
- GO LITTLE: Pick it for phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and other compact essentials. HGTV’s 2026 launch report lists a 6L capacity, top handles, a crossbody strap, a phone pocket, and front zipper pockets.
- GO TOTE: Pick it for the most versatile everyday role. Bogg lists 20L, a laptop pocket for up to a 14-inch laptop, a trolley pass-through, water-bottle and hidden-phone pockets, a front zip pocket, and multiple carry options. It is positioned as a personal item and under-seat bag, subject to your airline’s rules.
- GO BIG: Pick it for heavier loads and short trips. The 35L design accepts up to a 16-inch laptop and adds a zip-open base compartment for shoes or other items you want separated from the main compartment. Bogg positions it for three- to four-day trips and carry-on use.
The practical default is GO TOTE unless your load clearly points smaller or larger. Capacity alone does not determine airline acceptance: the dimensions of your packed bag, the route, and the carrier’s current personal-item or carry-on limits control.
GO LITTLE vs. GO TOTE vs. GO BIG
The table uses figures published by Bogg on its 2026 product pages and by HGTV in its 2026 launch report. “Not stated” means the cited source did not publish a comparable figure; it is not an estimate.

GO LITTLE: the compact option
GO LITTLE is the right scale when the contents matter more than maximum capacity. Its 6L format is suited to a short errand, a child’s small outing kit, or a personal essentials load that does not need a computer compartment. The reported configuration includes top handles for a quick grab, a crossbody strap for hands-free carrying, a phone pocket, and front zipper pockets for items you want immediately accessible.
Choose GO LITTLE when
- You normally carry a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, medication, and a few small personal items.
- You want a smaller silhouette for restaurants, events, or short trips.
- You prefer dedicated phone and front-zip storage over one large open cavity.
- You do not need a published laptop sleeve or the packing volume of the larger models.
What to verify before ordering
HGTV’s 2026 report does not state GO LITTLE’s dimensions, weight, or laptop capacity. If you need it to fit a particular seat, locker, or device, check the retailer’s current specification panel rather than inferring measurements from the larger bags. The same report names Coconut and Parisian Purple among the GO LITTLE colors; availability can change.
GO TOTE: the everyday middle ground
GO TOTE is the most flexible choice for people who move between work, errands, exercise, and short travel. Bogg lists a 20L capacity and a 2 lb weight, with a 19.5-inch width, 7.6-inch depth, and 12.6-inch height. Those dimensions create a relatively wide, shallow profile: useful for laying items flat and sliding the bag beneath a seat, but still large enough for a normal workday load.
The laptop compartment is rated for up to a 14-inch laptop. A separate water-bottle pocket, hidden-phone pocket, and front zip pocket keep frequently used items from disappearing into the main compartment. The bag also has top handles, a short grab handle, a crossbody strap, and a trolley pass-through for use on rolling luggage.

Why GO TOTE works as a work bag
A laptop in its own sleeve can remain separated from a lunch container, gym clothes, or a light jacket. The bottle pocket keeps a cylindrical item upright, while the hidden-phone pocket gives you a consistent place for a small device. The front zipper is useful for keys, access cards, or travel documents that need to be reached without opening the main compartment.
Bogg’s product language describes the arrangement this way: “Laptop in its own pocket. Phone, water bottle and keys in theirs.” That is an organization promise rather than a guarantee that every combination of accessories will fit, so check the packed thickness of your laptop and insert before adding bulky organizers.
Why GO TOTE works for travel
Bogg positions GO TOTE as a personal item and specifically mentions under-seat stowage, while also telling shoppers to check the airline. Treat that as intended use, not universal approval. Airlines set their own maximum dimensions, and limits can differ by route, fare, aircraft, and enforcement. Measure the bag after packing, allow space for the seat in front of you, and confirm the carrier’s current personal-item dimensions before departure.
GO BIG: maximum capacity and separated shoes
GO BIG is designed for loads that overwhelm a daily tote. Bogg lists 35L, approximately 22.6 inches wide by 8.7 inches deep by 15.6 inches high, and a 2.8 lb weight. Its laptop pocket accepts computers up to 16 inches, making it the only GO model in the published specifications with that larger device capacity.

- Flawless 4K@60Hz Video with HDMI: Delivers exceptional clarity and smoothness with its 4K@60Hz HDMI port, making it ideal for high-definition presentations and entertainment. (Note: Only the HDMI port supports video projection; the USB-C port is for data transfer only.)
- Double Up on Efficiency: The two USB-A 3.0 ports and a USB-C port support a fast 5Gbps data rate, significantly boosting your transfer speeds and improving productivity.
- Fast and Reliable 85W Charging: Offers high-capacity, speedy charging for laptops up to 85W, so you spend less time tethered to an outlet and more time being productive.
- What You Get: Anker USB-C Hub (7-in-1), welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
The defining feature is the zip-open base compartment. Use it for shoes, sandals, toiletries in a sealed pouch, or another category you want isolated from clothing and electronics. The separated base is especially useful when the main compartment contains soft items that would be awkward to unpack just to reach footwear.
Choose GO BIG when
- You pack for roughly three to four days and want one soft-sided carry-on-style bag.
- Your laptop is larger than the GO TOTE’s published 14-inch limit but no larger than 16 inches.
- You need a dedicated place for shoes or another separate packing category.
- You routinely carry bulkier layers, family-day supplies, or equipment that makes a 20L tote feel compressed.
Carry-on is a positioning, not a guarantee
Bogg describes GO BIG as suitable for carry-on use and still instructs shoppers to check the airline. The published dimensions are larger than GO TOTE’s, so do not assume a full bag will fit every airline’s overhead-bin limit. Check the carrier’s current carry-on dimensions, then compare them with the bag’s outside measurements and any bulge created by the base compartment.
How to choose the right size
Start with the largest item
- Measure your laptop, if you carry one. Include the computer’s actual outside dimensions and any protective sleeve. A device marketed as “14-inch” or “16-inch” is measured diagonally; the sleeve can make the packed width and depth larger.
- List your non-negotiables. Separate work equipment, water bottle, lunch, gym shoes, clothing, toiletries, and personal items. This shows whether you need organization or simply more volume.
- Decide whether shoes need their own compartment. If yes, GO BIG’s zip-open base is the relevant feature. If no, GO TOTE may provide the better balance for everyday carrying.
- Check how you travel. For an under-seat personal item, compare the packed GO TOTE with your airline’s published limit. For overhead travel, compare GO BIG with the carrier’s carry-on limit.
- Account for access. If you frequently grab a phone, keys, or bottle while moving, dedicated pockets may matter more than nominal liters.
A simple decision rule
- If your load is essentials only, choose GO LITTLE.
- If your load includes a work laptop, bottle, charger, lunch, and a change of clothes, start with GO TOTE.
- If your load includes a 16-inch laptop, several days of clothing, or shoes that should stay separate, choose GO BIG.
Colors: neutral, visible, or expressive
Bogg’s official GO TOTE and GO BIG pages show four core colors: Cafe Au Lait, Blush-Worthy, L.B.D. Black, and Plum Pudding. HGTV’s 2026 report also names Coconut and Parisian Purple for GO LITTLE. Color inventory is retailer- and date-dependent, so confirm the selected shade on the product page immediately before paying.

For office and frequent travel
A neutral or dark shade is easier to coordinate with business clothing and less visually demanding in a crowded terminal. L.B.D. Black is the most understated of the four core shades; Cafe Au Lait is a lighter neutral. This is practical styling advice, not a manufacturer performance claim.

- Please Note: To reach 10Gbps speed, keep the cable under 3.3 ft. For USB A Male to USB C adapters, try flipping the USB C connector. USB C Male to USB A adapters support bidirectional 10Gbps transfer within 3.3 ft
For visibility and personal style
Blush-Worthy, Plum Pudding, and the reported Parisian Purple option make the bag easier to identify on a pool deck, in a gym locker area, or beside similar luggage. Coconut provides a light, high-contrast look. If you want a restrained base with more color, keep the bag neutral and use a bright accessory instead.
Color availability can change
Do not treat a color list as permanent. Seasonal production, retailer allocation, and sell-through can change which shades appear at checkout. Confirm the color name, size, seller, and return terms on the live listing; do not substitute a similarly named shade without checking the photos and variant selector.
Materials, stability, and cleaning
Bogg describes the GO bags’ upper as water-resistant and soft-touch, and says it wipes clean. The bottom uses EVA and is designed to be tip-proof so the bag can remain standing. These properties make the bags practical for damp environments, gym floors, pool days, and routine spills, but water-resistant does not mean waterproof. Keep electronics and documents in protective sleeves when exposure is possible.
Basic care routine
- Remove loose contents and take out any removable insert or organizer.
- Wipe the upper and base promptly when dirt or a spill appears.
- Leave the bag open until the interior is fully dry before repacking electronics, clothing, or food.
- Inspect zippers, straps, and the base compartment after trips so grit does not remain in the closures.
The wipe-clean claim supports surface maintenance; it does not establish that the bag can be machine-washed, submerged, or treated with every household chemical. Follow the care instructions supplied with your specific model.
Best Value
- 5-in-1 Connectivity: Equipped with a 4K HDMI port, a 5 Gbps USB-C data port, two 5 Gbps USB-A ports, and a USB C 100W PD-IN port. Note: The USB C 100W PD-IN port supports only charging and does not support data transfer devices such as headphones or speakers.

Accessories: what fits and what each one solves
Bogg’s accessory ecosystem includes inserts, bits, phone holders, beverage trays, dividers, toppers, coolers, and makeup bags. Accessories are useful when the open main compartment is more flexible than you want, but every organizer consumes space. Add them according to a specific problem rather than buying a complete set by default.
| Accessory type | Best use | Most useful with | Decision point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Insert | Creates structure and grouped storage inside the tote | GO TOTE or GO BIG | Choose one if small items disappear in an open compartment; account for the insert’s own bulk. |
| Bits | Small personal or decorative add-ons | Any size | Use when personalization or quick-access attachment matters more than maximum interior room. |
| Phone holder | Keeps a phone visible and reachable | GO LITTLE or GO TOTE | Useful when the built-in phone pocket is occupied or you want exterior access. |
| Beverage tray | Provides a stable place for drinks during pool, picnic, or outdoor use | GO TOTE or GO BIG | Check how the tray affects the bag’s usable opening and packed balance. |
| Divider | Separates categories such as work gear, snacks, and clothing | GO TOTE or GO BIG | Prefer it when you need zones but not a fully enclosed insert. |
| Topper | Adds a finished top layer or changes how the opening is covered | Any compatible size | Verify size compatibility before ordering; a topper made for one GO model should not be assumed to fit another. |
| Cooler | Supports chilled food or drinks for a day out | GO TOTE or GO BIG | Reserve interior volume and keep the cooler’s contents sealed to protect the bag. |
| Makeup bag | Groups cosmetics and small grooming items | GO LITTLE, GO TOTE, or GO BIG | Useful for preventing small bottles and tools from spreading through the main compartment. |
Accessory compatibility checklist
- Confirm that the accessory is labeled for the exact GO model or dimensions you own.
- Check whether it attaches to the outside, occupies interior volume, or requires a specific handle or opening.
- Pack the bag with the accessory installed before travel; a nearly empty test can hide interference with zippers and pockets.
- Keep liquids, food, and cosmetics in sealed containers even when using a cooler or makeup bag.
Practical packing examples
GO LITTLE essentials load
Use the phone pocket for the device you reach for most, the front zipper pockets for keys and cards, and the main space for a wallet, sunglasses, compact charger, medication, or a small snack. Avoid treating GO LITTLE as a laptop bag because the cited specifications do not publish a laptop compartment or computer limit.
GO TOTE work-to-gym load
Place the laptop in its dedicated pocket, stand a water bottle in its pocket, and use the front zip area for access cards and keys. The main compartment can hold a lunch container, charger, notebook, and a light change of clothes. If you add an insert, leave enough clearance for the laptop sleeve and for the zipper to close without compression.
GO BIG short-trip load
Use the laptop pocket for a larger computer, the base compartment for shoes, and the upper compartment for folded clothing, toiletries, and chargers. A divider can separate clean clothing from equipment; a cooler is more appropriate when the trip is a day outing rather than a clothing-heavy overnight stay.
Price, retailers, and what to verify at checkout
The 2026 figures are a $120 listed price for GO TOTE and $150 listed price for GO BIG on Bogg’s product pages. HGTV reported $90 for GO LITTLE in its 2026 launch coverage. These are time-specific listings, not guaranteed prices, and they may vary by retailer, promotion, or region.
HGTV reports that the GO TOTE line is sold through Bogg’s site, Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Bloomingdale’s. Before ordering from any retailer, verify the current seller, exact GO size, color variant, listed price, delivery date, and return policy. Inventory can differ even when the product name is identical.
Final checkout checklist
- Confirm the model name: GO LITTLE, GO TOTE, or GO BIG.
- Match the laptop limit to the outside dimensions of your computer and sleeve.
- Compare the bag’s published dimensions with your airline’s current personal-item or carry-on rules.
- Check the selected color in the variant selector, not only in a gallery image.
- Decide whether you need an insert, divider, phone holder, beverage tray, cooler, or makeup bag immediately.
- Review the current price, seller, shipping, and returns before submitting payment.
Bottom line
Choose GO TOTE for the broadest mix of everyday usefulness, laptop organization, and personal-item travel potential. Choose GO LITTLE only when a compact essentials load is the priority. Choose GO BIG when capacity, a 16-inch laptop pocket, three- to four-day packing, or a dedicated shoe compartment outweighs the smaller bag’s easier handling. Whichever size you select, treat airline compatibility and color availability as details to verify at purchase and again before a trip.
