Kurz gesagt: Für segmentale Körperzusammensetzung und regelmäßiges Fortschritts-Tracking ist die Withings BodyFit die preiswertere Wahl. Die BodyScan 2 lohnt sich eher, wenn Sie ihre zusätzlichen Funktionen wie EKG-/AFib-Erkennung und SpO₂ gezielt nutzen möchten. Der höhere Funktionsumfang ist kein Beleg für eine genauere Messung.

Der wichtigste Unterschied liegt nicht bei der segmentalen Körperzusammensetzung – die bietet laut Withings bei beiden Modellen sechs Zonen –, sondern bei den zusätzlichen Messfunktionen der BodyScan 2. Dazu zählen EKG- und AFib-Funktionen sowie SpO₂. Außerdem nennt Withings zusätzliche Herz-Kreislauf-Auswertungen, darunter Herzalter und Herzreaktionsfähigkeit.

Genauigkeit und medizinische Aussagekraft
Die verfügbaren offiziellen Withings-Quellen liefern keinen unabhängigen direkten Genauigkeitsvergleich zwischen BodyFit und BodyScan 2. Aus den mehr als 60 statt mehr als 40 Biomarkern lässt sich deshalb nicht ableiten, dass die BodyScan 2 genauer misst.

Withings nennt auf der BodyScan-2-Produktseite eine 99-prozentige Korrelation bei Fettmassewerten aus einer internen Studie, in der Messungen der ursprünglichen Withings Body Scan mit DEXA verglichen wurden. Diese Herstellerangabe betrifft weder einen direkten BodyFit-vs.-BodyScan-2-Test noch belegt sie die Genauigkeit der beiden hier verglichenen Modelle; individuelle Ergebnisse können laut Withings abweichen.
Withings erklärt ausdrücklich, dass die BodyScan 2 kein Medizinprodukt für Diagnosezwecke ist. EKG-, AFib-, Sauerstoff- oder andere Gesundheitswerte sollten Sie daher als Messwerte beziehungsweise Hinweise verstehen, nicht als Diagnose oder Ersatz für ärztliche Abklärung.

Withings nannte in seiner Pressemitteilung von Juni 2026 eine BodyFit-UVP von 249,95 €. Für die BodyScan 2 wurden auf der deutschen Produkt- und Vergleichsseite 499,95 € angezeigt; die Pressemitteilung nannte ebenfalls eine UVP von 499,95 €. Aktuelle Aktionspreise oder Händlerangebote können davon abweichen.
Die Pressemitteilung zur Einführung der BodyScan 2 vom 9. Juni 2026 kündigte eine spätere Verfügbarkeit bei Amazon und ausgewählten Händlern an. Fazit: BodyFit für den Kernbedarf, BodyScan 2 für gezielte Extras
Wenn Sie vor allem Körperzusammensetzung erfassen und Entwicklungen verfolgen möchten, deckt die BodyFit laut Hersteller denselben Sechs-Zonen-Ansatz zu einem deutlich niedrigeren angezeigten Preis ab. Die BodyScan 2 ist die passendere Option, wenn Sie ihre zusätzlichen Herz- und Sauerstofffunktionen tatsächlich nutzen wollen. Für eine Entscheidung zugunsten vermeintlich höherer Genauigkeit gibt es keinen direkten unabhängigen Vergleich als Grundlage.
