To solve the Dravakar Temple laser puzzle in Black Ops 7 Zombies, expose and raise the chamber dial, aim its beam at the southeast wall above the Mystery Box, then kill zombies beneath it until their souls break open the wall. This is one stage of the Dravakar cleanse in the Rex Infernus quest; first, you must complete the hammer offering and the misted-zombie trap step.
Complete the prerequisites before working on the dial
The laser sequence follows the Blacksmith’s Hammer offering and a Titan Trap kill involving a misted zombie. Walkthroughs describe the steps this way:

At the Nexus Forge, align the pillars toward Dravakar so the channeled light enters the temple head. Equip Shatter Blast and go to Dravakar Inner Sanctum. Trigger Shatter Blast against the corner shields until one reveals the Blacksmith’s Hammer. If the hammer does not appear, check that a shield was hit by the Shatter Blast kill.

Carry the hammer to the brazier in Dravakar’s Main Chamber. Bring Astral Flame from the Nexus Forge and ignite the brazier. A white or blue mist transfers to a nearby zombie.

Lead the misted zombie to the Titan Trap outside Caltheris Passage and activate the trap while the zombie is inside. One walkthrough reports a completion sound and the trap deactivating as confirmation.
Raise and aim the Dravakar dial

Return to Dravakar’s Main Chamber and interact with the square floor plate. Stand on the plate and apply armor plates repeatedly to lift it and expose the circular dial. AllThingsHow specifies three replating actions, though the walkthroughs do not establish a universal count across versions.

Shoot the exposed dial with a charged Warden’s Blight shot to raise it and start the beam. An uncharged shot is not the stated method.

Fire at the dial’s ring in small adjustments until the beam points at the southeast wall above the Mystery Box location. The Cod Zombies walkthrough says shots toward the dial’s outer edge have a stronger directional effect than shots near its center, which can help when fine-tuning the aim. It gives no fixed angle or universal shot count.

Kill zombies in the footprint beneath the raised dial. Their souls travel along the beam; keep feeding souls into it until the wall cracks and opens.
Start and clear the Shadow Soul encounter
When the wall opens, shoot the revealed statue or stone head to start the Shadow Soul encounter. Kill the Shadow Souls around the chamber. AllThingsHow specifies four; the other walkthrough instructs players to clear the spawned Shadow Souls without giving a number. According to the Cod Zombies walkthrough, shoot the statue again after clearing them to end the lockdown.

Continue the Dravakar cleanse
After the chamber encounter, use the Void Claw or Void Talon to pull a purple orb beneath the head of the temple in Dravakar Passage. Raise the orb into the head with a charged Warden’s Blight shot. The cleanse also requires rain: if it is not raining, interact with the fountain unlocked by the Veytharion puzzle to cause rain on the next round. While it rains, shoot Astral Flame directly at the orb in the head to trigger the lightning strike and cleanse Dravakar Temple.
Troubleshoot the laser puzzle

The hammer is not appearing: Make sure a corner shield was hit by the Shatter Blast kill.

The dial will not rise: Use a charged Warden’s Blight shot on the exposed dial.

The wall is not breaking: Check that the beam hits the southeast wall above the Mystery Box, and kill zombies beneath the dial so their souls pass through the beam.

Aim adjustments seem ineffective: Make small adjustments around the ring. The outer-edge shooting tip may help, but no fixed number of shots or angle is established.

You are following a different temple’s laser target: This dial’s target is specific to Dravakar. Other Rex Infernus temple lasers may point at different walls.

A separate quest input does not match a guide: Some Rex Infernus puzzle inputs change between matches, according to Zombies Codex. Follow the in-game clues for those randomized inputs rather than assuming a fixed answer.
Activision’s official Black Ops 7 guide index covers Zombies content, but its page does not provide the detailed Dravakar dial procedure. The steps above are based on third-party walkthroughs: AllThingsHow’s Dravakar guide and Cod Zombies’ Dravakar walkthrough. Mechanics can be patch-sensitive; these sources corroborate the sequence but do not establish whether a future update changes it.
