To find blocked numbers on a Samsung phone, open Phone > More options (the three-dot menu) > Settings > Block numbers. The list on that screen is where Samsung says you can manage blocked phone numbers.
Find the blocked-number list in Phone settings
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap More options, usually shown as three vertical dots, then tap Settings.
- Tap Block numbers to review the numbers on the list. Samsung documents this route in its Galaxy call-settings instructions.
Samsung Canada notes that screens and settings may vary depending on your wireless provider and software version, so the labels or menu layout on your phone may differ.
Unblock a number
From Phone > More options > Settings > Block numbers, tap the minus icon beside the number you want to remove. Samsung India documents this removal step in its call-blocking instructions.

If the caller appears in your call history, open Phone > Recents, select the number and open its information, then tap Unblock if that option is available. Samsung Philippines documents this route in its Galaxy support guide.

Use Block numbers when you want to review the whole list; use Recents when you are looking for a specific caller already in your history.
If the menus do not match
Look for the equivalent call-blocking setting in the Phone app. The available screens and labels can depend on your carrier and software version; consult Samsung support for guidance relevant to your device and region.

Blocked calls and blocked messages use different settings
The blocked-number list in Phone settings concerns phone numbers and calls. Message blocking may be managed separately in Samsung Messages; Samsung’s UK safety guide describes the Messages workflow.
