Yes—but with an important qualification. Bigme lists the 13.3-inch B13 Pro as a color E Ink monitor with a “Refresh rate: 60FPS” specification. That is an advertised capability, not an independently measured 60Hz pixel-response result. The panel uses Kaleido 3, displays 4,096 colors, and is designed primarily for reading, documents and a low-glare second-screen role rather than color-critical or fast-motion work.
What the Bigme B13 Pro is
The B13 Pro is a 4:3, 13.3-inch monitor built around E Ink Kaleido 3. Bigme specifies 3,200 × 2,400 resolution, with 300 PPI for black-and-white content and 150 PPI for color. It weighs approximately 660 grams and measures 286 × 231.5 × 5.6 mm at its thinnest point.

What “60 Hz” means here
The headline change is the move from the earlier B13’s reported 30Hz ceiling to a 60FPS claim for the B13 Pro. Bigme’s official specification says exactly “Refresh rate: 60FPS.” That should be read as the panel’s advertised refresh capability, not proof that every image change completes in 16.7 milliseconds.
No independent B13 Pro measurements were located for pixel response time, input latency, ghosting or power draw. Those missing measurements matter because E Ink displays can behave differently from LCD and OLED panels even when a manufacturer lists a high refresh figure. Scrolling and cursor movement may therefore feel less fluid than on a conventional 60Hz monitor, and the available evidence does not support a quantified comparison.

How good are the colors?
Kaleido 3 adds color with a filter layer over the E Ink display. The published 4,096-color limit is useful for highlighted text, charts, dashboards, illustrations and interface accents, but it is dramatically below the color range and saturation available from mainstream LCD or OLED screens. Color content is also specified at 150 PPI, half the listed monochrome density.
In practical terms, the B13 Pro is better suited to reading colored documents, monitoring dashboards and serving as a supporting display than to photo retouching, video grading, design proofing or other work where hue accuracy and smooth motion are central. That is guidance inferred from the published color limit and the lack of independent performance testing, not a laboratory verdict.

Can it work as a USB-C second monitor?
Yes, when the host device supports video output over USB-C. Bigme lists USB-C, HDMI and wireless casting, with compatibility for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Independent coverage also reports DLNA, AirPlay and Miracast support.

- Check that the computer or mobile device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C.
- Use a cable described as a USB-C video cable DisplayPort Alt Mode; a charge-only USB-C cable will not carry a display signal.
- Connect the host to the B13 Pro’s USB-C input and select the monitor input if necessary.
- If the host lacks USB-C video, connect through HDMI or Mini HDMI instead, using the appropriate adapter or cable.
With a compatible USB-C host, one cable can carry both power and video. Wireless casting can be more convenient for supported devices, but the published materials do not establish its latency or image quality.

Until independent testing measures response, ghosting, latency and power use, treat the 60FPS number as a manufacturer specification rather than a guarantee of LCD-like smoothness.
