BIGBLOC shares were close to their reported 52-week low in two dated 2026 snapshots, but the available price points do not prove a continuous streak of new lows. Business Standard reported a ₹38.00 low on 30 March 2026 and a price of ₹40.87 on 11 September 2026; The Annexure recorded a BSE close of ₹42.08 on 28 August. The Annexure’s accompanying ratios show negative trailing earnings and return on equity, so its negative P/E should not be read as a conventional sign that the stock is cheap.

What the dated price points show

BIGBLOC is Bigbloc Construction Limited, listed as BIGBLOC on the NSE and as scrip 540061 on the BSE. These figures are separate dated observations, not a live quote or a complete daily price series.

Measure Reported value and date Source and basis
52-week high ₹79.97 on 1 January 2026 Business Standard
52-week low ₹38.00 on 30 March 2026 Business Standard
Share price ₹42.08 at the BSE close on 28 August 2026; reported as 10.7% above the low and 47.4% below the high The Annexure
Share price ₹40.87 on 11 September 2026 Business Standard

The August and September prices were respectively ₹4.08 and ₹2.87 above the reported low. They support describing the share as near its 52-week low on those dates. They do not show whether the price repeatedly set or retested lows between the observations. Establishing an uninterrupted “low streak” would require a dated exchange price series.

How to read the 28 August ratios

The Annexure’s snapshot tied to the BSE close on 28 August 2026 lists trailing EPS of ₹-0.28, P/E of -150.29x, P/B of 10.65x and return on equity of -7.12%. These are snapshot figures; they are not current valuations for a later trading date.

Measure 28 August 2026 snapshot What it indicates—and what it cannot establish
Trailing EPS ₹-0.28, The Annexure Reported earnings per share were negative for the measurement period used in the snapshot.
P/E -150.29x, The Annexure With negative earnings, a negative P/E is not a conventional measure for deciding that a share is cheap. EPS periods can differ across tables, according to The Annexure.
P/B 10.65x, The Annexure Compares market value with book value. A high multiple alone does not establish fair value.
Return on equity -7.12%, The Annexure Negative ROE is a negative profitability signal for the accounting basis and period represented; it does not by itself explain the share-price movement.
Book value per share ₹3.95, derived by The Annexure from price divided by P/B This is a derived figure, not a value directly published by the BSE.

Ratios are only comparable when the date, exchange, accounting basis and earnings period match. In particular, the Annexure notes that EPS may refer to different measurement periods in different tables. The supplied figures do not provide a vetted peer dataset for ranking BIGBLOC against other companies.

What the company’s FY26 results add

Bigbloc Construction describes its business as manufacturing Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks and panels. The company’s Q3 FY26 release called it “one of the largest manufacturers of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Panels in India”; that is the company’s own description, not an independent ranking. The NSE integrated filing identifies AAC blocks as the company’s single reporting segment.

Rank #2
Quarter and period end Revenue from operations EBITDA PAT Other reported figure
Q2 FY26, 30 September 2025 ₹673 million ₹19 million Negative ₹32 million Net debt-to-equity: 1.4x
Q3 FY26, 31 December 2025 ₹728 million ₹81 million ₹4 million Sales volume: 214,643 CBM

The figures come from the company’s Q2 FY26 release and Q3 FY26 release. Revenue, EBITDA and PAT measure different parts of performance: rising revenue does not, by itself, mean rising profit, and positive EBITDA does not guarantee positive PAT. The releases report consolidated results, while the NSE filing identifies the reporting segment; these operating figures do not establish why the share traded near its low.

What would confirm a continuing low or a change in trend?

The cited observations end on 11 September 2026, and the ratio snapshot is dated 28 August. They cannot establish what happened after those dates. To assess a later price pattern, check a current exchange price series and distinguish a price near an old low from a new low or a sustained recovery. For a fuller company comparison, use matching dates and reporting periods for distance from the 52-week low, revenue growth, EBITDA margin, PAT trend, leverage, ROE and P/B; interpret P/E cautiously when earnings are negative.

An FY2025–26 annual report is listed as dated 31 July 2026, and a filing is listed on 7 October 2026. The underlying annual report is not the basis for the figures above, so no additional annual financial conclusions are drawn here. For prices or ratios beyond the dated observations, verify the latest information directly with the exchanges and company filings.
