Our verdict on PhotoCRM
PhotoCRM is a cloud-based business management platform for professional photographers and photography studios. It brings together online booking, client and project management, lead tracking, contracts with e-signatures, invoicing, payment collection, client portals, private galleries, cloud photo delivery, analytics, reminders, and mobile apps. The workflow covers inquiries, booking, shooting, delivery, and final payment, making it suitable for photographers who want one system across client administration and image delivery.
Pricing is structured around a free core plan and optional paid additions. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes booking pages, client and project management, lead pipeline tracking, Google Calendar sync, invoices, estimates, discounts, contracts, e-signatures, and a branded client portal. The Storage upgrade costs $9 per month and adds 100 GB of storage. White Label costs $35 per month or $350 per year and adds a custom portal domain, branded emails, custom SMTP, removal of PhotoCRM credits, 1 TB of cloud storage, and team access. Client payments processed through the Stripe integration incur a 2% platform fee.
Its strongest fit is for photographers who need more than a client relationship manager but do not want separate tools for booking, paperwork, billing, galleries, and delivery. Google Calendar synchronization, Gmail, Google Drive, OneDrive, Stripe, and Claude support broader workflow connections, while iOS and Android apps extend access beyond the web platform. The main tradeoff is that meaningful storage capacity and white-label controls sit outside the free plan, and Stripe payment processing adds a transaction cost. Choose PhotoCRM for broad business coverage at a low entry price; consider an alternative if storage economics, payment fees, or highly specialized studio workflows are the deciding factors.
