For one specific learning idea
Use the PBS KIDS Sesame Street games and activities page when you want an activity organized around a concept. PBS KIDS for Parents gives a shape-learning example with six mini-games. Treat “six mini-games” as a product feature, not a measured educational result. The retrieved US App Store listing identifies Sesame Workshop (Apps) as the developer, places the app in Education, gives it a 4+ age rating, and lists iPhone and iPad. A 4+ label is a storefront classification. It should not be read as a guarantee that every activity is right for every four-year-old, nor as a recommendation for younger or older children.
Accounts and favorites
The listing says users can create a free account to save favorites. An account may therefore be useful for a family that wants saved content across sessions, but do not assume it is required for every video or game. Check the current sign-in prompt for the exact feature you want.

Browser and device limits
Do not assume that every directory entry works on every phone, tablet, computer, or browser. Web technology, embedded players, and operating-system support can change. Open the game on the exact device your child will use, check whether controls respond correctly, and test audio before handing over the device. Watching together also gives you an opportunity to pause and talk. Ask what a character felt, invite the child to predict what happens next, or connect a song to a real routine. Those conversations are ways to make viewing active without claiming that the app has a particular measured effect.
How to check compatibility before downloading
- Identify the device. For the official app, the retrieved US listing names iPhone and iPad. Check the current listing for your country and your device’s operating-system version.
- Confirm the region. Catalogs, ratings, and access can vary by country. Search the official Sesame Workshop or PBS KIDS page from the region where the child will use the app.

The app is unavailable in your store
Store catalogs are regional. Confirm that you are viewing the official listing for your country and check the Sesame Street or PBS KIDS family page for a current alternative. Do not change account-region settings just to obtain a title without understanding the effects on existing purchases and subscriptions.
Your child cannot use the controls
Preview the activity and look for a simpler title. A game that technically runs on a device may still be a poor fit if it requires precise dragging, rapid taps, reading, or remembering several instructions at once.
