People asking for a GTA alternative often mean different things. Some want to avoid visible nudity; others want to avoid brothels, strip clubs, sexual dialogue, sexual sounds or any plot built around sexual situations. Those are separate tests. A game can omit nudity yet still include sexual themes, and a game with little or no sexual material can still be unsuitable for children because of blood, intense violence, strong language or drug references.

Use the descriptor, not the marketing label

Mafia: Definitive Edition is a crime story with sexual themes
Mafia: Definitive Edition presents a Prohibition-era crime story in an open-world format. That setting may appeal to players who prefer a serious period narrative over contemporary satire. The ESRB summary lists Sexual Themes and describes a brothel mission with sexual moaning.
Because the sexual material is tied to a specific mission and audio content, skipping only visible nudity would not necessarily solve the problem. If sexual references or sounds are unacceptable, this is not a suitable replacement.
