There is no verified, one-size-fits-all Windows graphics preset for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion. Steam lists Windows targets of 1080p at 30 FPS for minimum specifications and 1080p at 60 FPS for recommended specifications. On Steam Deck, Steam Deck HQ reports 60 FPS at native resolution on its tested OLED and LCD models, with no in-game changes recommended for its SteamOS setup. For other PCs, adjust only the options available in your own menu and compare them in the same busy scene.
Which settings should you use?
Start with your screen’s native resolution and a display mode that behaves consistently on your system. These are general troubleshooting starting points, not a tested MARVEL Cosmic Invasion preset. If the game offers other display options, change one at a time and compare the same scene before keeping a change. That helps show whether an option improves smoothness or readability without confusing the result with several simultaneous changes.
The available evidence does not establish a Windows menu-by-menu recipe, a universal best preset, or which specific graphics options affect performance. Use only controls you can see in your game; do not assume a setting exists or that a particular value is optimal.
What performance can you expect on PC?
Steam’s current store listing gives these Windows specifications and performance targets. They are publisher-listed reference points, not a guarantee for every PC or scene.

| Steam Windows tier | Processor and memory | Listed graphics | Storage | Steam-listed target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum | 64-bit Windows 10; Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 or AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+; 4 GB RAM | Entry-level NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel graphics, as listed by Steam | 1 GB | 1080p at 30 FPS |
| Recommended | 64-bit Windows 10; Intel Core i3-540 or AMD Phenom II X2 550; 8 GB RAM | NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel graphics, as listed by Steam | 1 GB | 1080p at 60 FPS |
These targets do not establish how the game performs on hardware between the listed tiers, or whether a particular setting will resolve stutter. Steam also has a separate Linux requirements block with a listed minimum target of 2160p at 60 FPS. That is a Linux listing, not a directly comparable Windows benchmark. See Steam’s MARVEL Cosmic Invasion listing for the current requirements.
Does MARVEL Cosmic Invasion run at 60 FPS on Steam Deck?
Steam Deck HQ reports that the game held 60 FPS at native resolution on the OLED and LCD Steam Deck devices it tested. The outlet recommends making no in-game changes for its SteamOS configuration. Treat this as that reviewer’s result on those tested devices, not a performance guarantee for every Deck, game update, or gameplay situation. Its report also describes smooth performance during tested four-player sequences, but that does not establish results on other hardware.

How can you make the visuals more comfortable?
Try the shaking-effects toggle if motion bothers you
Steam Deck HQ reports an option to toggle shaking effects. If screen motion feels uncomfortable, try changing that option and check whether the experience suits you. The report does not establish that it reduces visual effect density or improves contrast.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteUse subtitles when they help
The same review reports a subtitle toggle. It does not confirm options for text size, contrast, or colorblind accommodations, so do not rely on those features being available.

Expect a deliberately busy pixel-art presentation
The official site describes the game’s presentation as full-color pixel art. Steam Deck HQ’s reviewer notes occasional visual overload; that is one reviewer’s observation, not a universal problem. In a crowded fight, judge readability in the kind of scene that feels busiest to you rather than assuming a graphics change will make effects clearer.
What to check when a scene feels choppy or hard to read
- Check your display setup. Confirm the game is using a sensible resolution for your screen and a display mode that works reliably on your system.
- Choose one available option to test. Do not assume a particular graphics setting exists; use only what appears in your game’s menu.
- Repeat the same comparison. Revisit the same scene or activity, ideally with a similar amount of on-screen action, and assess smoothness and visual comfort separately.
- Keep or undo the change. If it does not help, return to the previous value before trying another option.
This controlled approach can help isolate a useful change, but it is not a game-specific performance recipe. No verified Windows settings test here establishes a best value for resolution, VSync, or other graphics options.

Why consistency matters during co-op
The official site describes local and online play with drop-in/drop-out multiplayer. Because fights can become visually busy, compare settings in a representative action scene rather than relying only on a quiet menu or solo moment. The official multiplayer description does not establish that a setting improves co-op performance, and Steam Deck HQ’s four-player result applies only to its tested Deck setup. More about the game’s features is available on the official MARVEL Cosmic Invasion site.
