HYPERyuki: Snowboard Syndicate is not released yet, so there are no final PC benchmarks or a confirmed graphics-menu reference. For launch, use the published minimum or recommended hardware tier as your starting point, begin conservatively at 1080p, and raise one setting at a time while watching frame-time consistency. A stable capped frame rate is a safer target than an unverified maximum-FPS claim.

What is known before launch

HYPERyuki: Snowboard Syndicate is listed as “Coming soon.” Acclaim’s 16 October 2026 press release says the game is planned for Steam and consoles in 2027, with a demo planned before launch. That timing matters because the available PC information describes target hardware, not measured performance from a final build.

No final-build benchmark establishes how many frames per second a particular graphics card will produce. No complete, verified list of PC graphics options has been published either. A July 2026 hands-on preview noted that some options in an early build were difficult to see or appeared as plain text boxes, so menu labels and behavior may still change.

The practical result is a launch procedure rather than a magic preset: identify which published hardware tier your computer resembles, start at a conservative resolution and quality level, then change only one option at a time. Recheck the result after the final PC build and a current graphics driver are available.

Published PC requirements

The following are the specifications currently published for the game. They should be treated as targets, not as a guarantee of a specific frame rate.

Tier Operating system and API Processor Graphics card Memory information
Minimum Windows 10 64-bit; DirectX 11 Intel Core i5-3470 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 (2 GB), AMD Radeon HD 7850 (2 GB), or Intel Arc A370M (4 GB) Not consistently stated in the store listing
Recommended DirectX 12 Intel Core i7-4770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (8 GB), AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 (8 GB), or Intel Arc A750 (8 GB) PCGamingWiki records 8 GB system memory and 8 GB VRAM for the recommended tier

Steam currently displays “8 MB RAM.” That conflicts with the independently recorded 8 GB system-memory figure and is almost certainly a store-data error. Until the final listing is corrected, plan around at least 8 GB of system memory and treat that number as provisional rather than final confirmation.

Choose a starting profile by hardware

PCs near the minimum tier

If your processor and graphics card are close to the i5-3470/Ryzen 3 1300X and GTX 750/HD 7850 class, start at 1920×1080 only if the game remains responsive there. Use the lowest available preset, or manually choose the least expensive options exposed by the final menu. If the game offers separate effects controls, disable the costly ones first. Set a frame-rate cap only if the menu or driver exposes one, and choose a limit your system can hold consistently rather than a number it reaches only in quiet scenes.

Do not infer that a card meeting the minimum specification will deliver 60 frames per second. “Minimum” identifies a supported hardware floor; it does not state the resolution, quality level or frame rate associated with that floor.

PCs near the recommended tier

With an i7-4770/Ryzen 5 1600X-class processor and a GTX 1070, RX Vega 56 or Arc A750-class GPU, begin at 1080p with the default or high preset if one is available. Observe a representative run that includes active racing, snow effects and several characters rather than judging performance from a static menu.

Change one option at a time and watch whether frame times remain even. The recommended GPU tier is a hardware target, not a promise of a particular FPS value, and the final build could behave differently from the early preview.

Higher resolutions and demanding displays

1440p and 4K render substantially more pixels than 1080p, so they require more GPU headroom than the published minimum tier. Begin at 1080p to establish a stable baseline, then increase resolution only after the frame time is consistent. If the game provides a render-scale control, lower that before making broad quality changes; if it does not, reduce the output resolution and test again.

A high-refresh monitor does not by itself make the game run at 120 FPS. Support for 120 FPS has not been documented, so treat any high-refresh target as conditional on the final build exposing an appropriate frame-rate option and sustaining it.

Local split-screen and multiplayer

HYPERyuki advertises four-player local split-screen and online multiplayer. No published measurement shows how those modes affect GPU load, CPU load or frame rate. Start with more headroom than you would reserve for a solo run: use the conservative profile first, test with the maximum number of players you expect, and only then raise resolution or effects.

Split-screen can make a scene more expensive because several viewpoints and additional characters may be drawn at once. That is a reason to test the actual mode you intend to play, not evidence of a specific performance penalty.

Launch-day tuning procedure

  1. Update the platform and driver. Install the final game build and a current driver for your NVIDIA, AMD or Intel GPU. Early previews and pre-release settings do not establish final behavior.
  2. Record your baseline. Note your GPU model, VRAM, system memory, processor, display resolution and refresh rate. Confirm that Windows is 64-bit and that the required DirectX version is available.
  3. Start at 1080p. Select 1920×1080 if the final menu exposes it. If resolution choices are not visible, do not assume a hidden value or edit configuration files without documentation from the developer.
  4. Use the lowest known workload. Choose the lowest preset, or disable expensive effects when individual controls are available. Leave unfamiliar options at their default until you can test their effect.
  5. Play a repeatable scene. Use the same track, area or race conditions for each comparison. Include movement, snow particles, other riders and camera changes; a quiet menu is not a performance test.
  6. Check frame-time consistency. Use the game’s own performance display if it has one, or a frame-time overlay supplied by your graphics software. Look for recurring spikes and stutter, not just the highest instantaneous FPS number.
  7. Set a sustainable cap. If a frame-rate limiter exists, cap at a value the PC can maintain during the heaviest part of the test. A lower, steady cap generally feels better than an uncapped rate that repeatedly drops.
  8. Raise one option. Increase one quality setting or resolution step, repeat the same scene, and keep the change only if frame pacing remains acceptable. Revert the last change when the first sustained hitch appears.
  9. Test your real mode. Repeat the check at the number of players, display resolution and refresh rate you actually use. Single-player results do not establish split-screen results.

How to prioritize individual options when they appear

The final menu has not been documented, so the following is a decision order, not a list of confirmed HYPERyuki settings or guaranteed menu labels.

Option, if exposed First action for smoother play Why it is tested in this order
Resolution or render scale Use 1080p first; reduce render scale or output resolution before making many quality changes Pixel count is a direct GPU workload and often produces a large, predictable change
Shadows, lighting and volumetric effects Lower these before texture quality when the GPU is limiting performance Dynamic lighting and volumetrics can create heavy frame-time spikes
Reflections, particles and post-processing Disable or lower them if snow effects or busy scenes cause spikes These effects can be especially costly during action-heavy scenes
Anti-aliasing Use a lower quality mode if available, then compare moving edges and frame time Anti-aliasing can trade image stability for GPU cost
Anisotropic filtering Leave it at default initially; lower it only if other changes do not solve the problem It often affects texture clarity more than overall frame rate
Texture quality Lower it when VRAM is tight or hitching occurs while new areas load Textures primarily consume video memory; insufficient VRAM can cause stutter
VSync Test it only after choosing a stable frame-rate target It can remove tearing but may add latency or expose synchronization behavior that differs by display
FOV Keep the default while troubleshooting A wider view may draw more of the scene, making comparisons less consistent
HDR Leave it off while diagnosing frame pacing, then enable it if your display supports it and performance is unchanged It changes presentation and can complicate troubleshooting without proving a speed benefit

None of these controls is confirmed as present in the released game. PCGamingWiki currently has no verified entries for adjustable resolution, windowed or borderless modes, FOV, anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, VSync, HDR or 60/120 FPS support.

CPU, GPU and memory checks

When the GPU is the limit

Lowering resolution or GPU-heavy effects should improve frame time when the graphics card is saturated. If the change has little effect, the processor, memory, shader compilation or another system component may be limiting the scene. Compare the same repeatable run rather than relying on a single FPS reading.

When the CPU is the limit

Busy scenes, multiple riders and split-screen can increase processor work. Lowering resolution may not help much in a CPU-limited situation. Close unnecessary background applications, use the Windows power mode appropriate for sustained performance, and test again without changing several game options at once.

Video-memory and system-memory headroom

The recommended graphics cards are listed with 8 GB of VRAM, while the minimum cards are listed with 2 GB except for the 4 GB Arc A370M. If a 2 GB card shows texture-loading pauses or severe hitching, lower texture quality and resolution where possible. The 8 GB system-memory record from PCGamingWiki is the only independently recorded recommendation currently available; the conflicting “8 MB RAM” Steam value should not be used to size a PC.

Troubleshooting by symptom

Low FPS everywhere

  • Confirm that the game is using the dedicated GPU rather than an unintended integrated adapter.
  • Return to 1080p and the lowest preset.
  • Lower shadows, volumetrics, reflections and particles first if those controls exist.
  • Check whether your hardware is below the published minimum tier.

Good average FPS but visible stutter

  • Use a frame-time display and look for repeated spikes.
  • Lower texture quality if VRAM use is near capacity.
  • Test with background recording, overlays and browser windows closed.
  • Apply a conservative frame cap if the game or driver provides one.
  • Repeat the test after the first post-launch patch or driver update; pre-release behavior is not definitive.

Performance collapses in split-screen

  • Test the same scene in single-player and with the intended player count.
  • Reduce resolution or render scale before changing every quality option.
  • Lower effects that increase the amount of visible action, such as particles, reflections and volumetrics.
  • Keep a cap that the multiplayer scene can sustain, even if solo play can run faster.

The settings menu is missing options

Do not assume that a missing control is hidden behind a particular keyboard shortcut or configuration-file value. The July 2026 preview reported invisible or plain-text settings in an early build, and the final interface may differ. Use only controls exposed by the released build or instructions published by the developer.

DLSS, FSR, frame caps and 120 FPS

No source currently verifies NVIDIA DLSS, AMD FSR, Intel XeSS, a built-in frame-rate cap or 120 FPS support for HYPERyuki. Do not promise that any of those technologies will be available, and do not select a GPU solely on the assumption that an upscaler will compensate for insufficient native performance. Check the final PC menu and official patch notes after release.

If an upscaler is eventually added, compare its quality modes at the same output resolution and use frame-time consistency as the deciding measure. An upscaler can increase performance, but it does not remove CPU limits or guarantee smooth split-screen play.

Should you upgrade for HYPERyuki?

Matching the recommended specification

A NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 is the clearest specification-matching upgrade category because it appears explicitly in the recommended requirements. The same tier also includes the AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 and Intel Arc A750, each listed with 8 GB of VRAM. There is no independent HYPERyuki benchmark validating any of these cards, so treat them as targets rather than guaranteed 60-FPS solutions.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Upgrading from a minimum-tier card

Moving from a GTX 750 or Radeon HD 7850-class card to a recommended-tier GPU should provide substantially more rendering headroom, but the final benefit depends on your processor, memory, cooling and chosen resolution. If your CPU is close to the minimum as well, upgrading only the GPU may leave busy scenes CPU-limited.

Buying for 1440p or 4K

The published recommended tier is not a stated 1440p or 4K target. For those resolutions, choose hardware with more headroom than the listed minimum and wait for final benchmarks before treating any particular model as a confirmed high-resolution choice.

What to verify when the final build arrives

  • Whether the final PC menu exposes resolution, windowed or borderless display modes, FOV, anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, VSync and HDR.
  • Whether 60 FPS, 120 FPS or another frame-rate target is officially supported.
  • Whether DLSS, FSR or XeSS is present, and which GPU generations can use it.
  • Whether the store listing corrects the “8 MB RAM” value and confirms system-memory requirements.
  • How four-player split-screen compares with solo play in frame time and GPU memory use.
  • Whether a frame-rate limiter is available in-game or only through the graphics driver.

Bottom line

There is no verified “best” HYPERyuki graphics preset yet because the game is unreleased and final settings, benchmarks and feature support are undocumented. Use the GTX 750/HD 7850/Arc A370M class as the minimum starting point and the GTX 1070/RX Vega 56/Arc A750 class with 8 GB VRAM as the recommended target. Start at 1080p, select the least demanding confirmed options, cap to a frame rate the complete scene can sustain, and raise settings one at a time. Re-test at your intended resolution and player count after the final PC build and driver updates.
