4. Replace template content systematically
Read every text layer, including small footer text and hidden-looking labels. Search for sample names, fictional venues, default dates, placeholder ticket numbers, and instructions that belong to the template rather than your offer.

The ticket looks attractive but cannot be checked
Separate the visual design from admission operations. Add a ticket number only if someone will check it against a list or system. If you need scanning, obtain the code from the system that manages issuance and redemption, then place that supplied code into the design and test it with the actual check-in workflow.
Important text disappears in print
Increase contrast and type size, move details away from edges, and make a physical proof. A layout that is readable at full editor zoom can fail when reduced to a small ticket or reproduced by a home printer.
Recipients are confused about what to do
