The server is full even though the community is small
Check peak concurrency, reserved slots, and whether automated bots or test accounts are consuming slots. Increase the slot tier only after confirming the issue is capacity rather than a connection loop.
Players see high latency
Verify the selected city and compare it with player locations. A nearby region usually matters more than a larger advertised slot count. Test from several players rather than inferring latency from the host’s country label.
