The right Apollo.io alternative depends on which part of Apollo you need to replace: contact data, enrichment workflows, or outreach tools such as email sequencing and calling. Several products cover only one of those jobs, so compare them by use case rather than looking for a universal winner.

What should you replace in Apollo.io?

Apollo combines a B2B contact database with tools for email and calling prospects. An alternative may replace only one piece of that bundle, so start by identifying the workflow you need to keep working.

  • Contact discovery: Find people and companies, then reveal work emails or phone numbers.
  • Enrichment: Add or refresh contact and company fields in a CRM or another workflow. Some tools query multiple data providers instead of maintaining a single database.
  • Outbound execution: Send email sequences, make calls, or manage prospect engagement.

A data provider without sequencing or a dialer may require a separate engagement product. Conversely, a sequencing product may not supply the contact research or phone data you rely on.

What is the best Apollo.io alternative?

There is no single best fit for every Apollo user. The shortlist below reflects different product roles described in a comparison updated September 15, 2026; it is a starting point, not an independently tested ranking. Feature details, terms, and availability can change, so check each provider’s current official materials before choosing.

#1 Best Overall
Elebase USB to USB C Adapter for iPhone 18 Pro Max,USBC Car Charger Adapter
  • Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
  • Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
  • Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
  • Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
  • 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.

For contact data and prospect discovery

  • Lusha: A contact-data option for quick prospect reveals. The comparison describes publicly presented data claims and self-serve pricing, but says Lusha does not bundle Apollo-style sequencing and a dialer. You would connect it to sending tools for those jobs.
  • ZoomInfo: An enterprise-oriented option spanning data, intent, org charts, and workflow capabilities. The reviewed comparison describes its pricing as quote-based and not publicly listed.
  • Cognism: A data provider positioned for teams selling in Europe or working through extended compliance reviews. The comparison highlights phone-verified data and do-not-call screening. It describes Cognism as quote-based, without a self-serve free plan, native sequencing, or a dialer.
  • UpLead: A data-focused alternative that positions real-time verification as part of its workflow. The comparison says it does not include native sequencing or a dialer.
  • RocketReach: A contact-finding option. Check its current export limits, pricing, and workflow features directly with the provider.

For a database-and-outreach bundle

  • Seamless.AI: The closest listed option to Apollo in bundle shape, according to the comparison, with a database, emailing, and an AI dialer. Paid pricing is described as sales-led; the comparison says it does not publish an email- or phone-accuracy figure.

For enrichment across multiple providers

  • Clay: A spreadsheet-style enrichment and workflow layer that can waterfall across data providers. It is not a standalone database replacement in the same sense as a single-provider contact product; setup takes more work and costs depend on usage.

For prospecting workflows or sending

  • LeadIQ: A prospecting workflow alternative named in the comparison. Confirm current included features and credit rules against its live product and pricing information before evaluating it.
  • Instantly: An outreach and sequencing option for users who mainly need sending. The comparison says it does not replace phone-number research or a dialer.
  • Snov.io: The comparison describes an email finder, verifier, warmup, drip-campaign, and light CRM bundle. Verify current plan details and fit for the markets you target.

How should you evaluate data claims?

Database-size and accuracy numbers are not interchangeable. Vendors may count different kinds of records, use different definitions of “verified,” and measure different fields, geographies, or time periods. A large database figure alone does not establish that records match your market or that contact details will work in your campaigns.

A comparison updated September 15, 2026, which says it reviewed vendor live sites on that date, repeated the following vendor claims. They are not independent audits, and unlike measures should not be ranked as though they share one methodology.

  • Apollo: In 2026, Apollo was reported as claiming 240M+ contacts, 98% email accuracy, and under 1% invalid direct phone numbers.
  • Lusha: In 2026, Lusha was reported as claiming 515M+ business contacts, 165M+ verified emails, 98% email accuracy, and 86% phone accuracy. The comparison says it did not independently review the methodology behind those accuracy claims.
  • ZoomInfo: In 2026, ZoomInfo was reported as claiming 500M+ professional profiles, 135M+ direct dials, and 300M+ verified emails. The comparison also reported vendor-stated hit rates of 96% for business email, 87% for mobile, and 72% for direct dials; these are hit rates, not accuracy figures.
  • Cognism: In 2026, Cognism was reported as claiming 10M+ phone-verified contacts, a 3x connect rate for its phone-verified numbers, and refreshes every 30 days for 95% of director-level-and-above contacts. The connect-rate figure is a vendor claim, not a head-to-head independent test.
  • Seamless.AI: In 2026, Seamless.AI was reported as claiming 1.3B+ verified contacts and 414M+ mobile numbers.
  • UpLead: In 2026, UpLead was reported as claiming 95% data accuracy; the comparison says its guarantee is worded around email verification.
  • Clay: In 2026, Clay was reported as stating that it connects to 200+ data providers. That provider count is not a count of unique, verified contacts.

Before relying on a figure, ask what the provider counts, how it defines verification, when records were refreshed, whether the measure is field-specific, and whether the stated geography matches your sales territory. A vendor claim can inform a shortlist, but it does not guarantee results for your list or campaign.

The headline price or seat count does not show the full cost of replacing a bundled system. Compare how each product fits the way your team actually finds, exports, syncs, and contacts prospects.

  • Seats and commitment: Check seat minimums, monthly versus annual billing, cancellation timing, and whether annual billing requires upfront payment.
  • Geography and channel: A team prioritizing European mobile numbers and do-not-call screening may have different requirements from one focused on North American email prospecting.
  • Workflow fit: Check CRM integrations, API access, browser extensions, enrichment steps, and whether email sequencing or calling is included.
  • Data-use rights: Apollo’s official pricing page, accessed October 7, 2026, states: “The plans on this page are for internal business use only.” It says using Apollo data to power external products, share with customers, or resell is not permitted under standard terms and requires a separate agreement with custom pricing. Read the applicable terms for any provider before using its data outside internal business workflows.

What Apollo terms matter when switching?

Apollo’s official pricing FAQ, accessed October 7, 2026, describes its tiers by usage: Free for exploration or light usage; Basic for individual sellers doing regular outbound; Professional for full-time reps needing higher credit limits and additional features; and Custom for teams needing custom volumes, SSO, advanced security, and dedicated support. These descriptions are not a substitute for checking current plan inclusions.

The same page says email campaigns are included on every account, with Gmail connection on free plans and Microsoft Office or other email providers available on paid plans. Its listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Marketo, Sendgrid, and LinkedIn; advanced or custom API access is described for Custom plans. Confirm feature availability and integration requirements before planning a migration.

  4. Check terms and integration paths: Confirm permitted data use, CRM compatibility, API access, and any export or credit restrictions with the providers you are considering.

Why do businesses look for Apollo.io alternatives?

Teams may need a different mix of coverage, verification, geography, compliance controls, workflow tools, or pricing structure than Apollo provides for their use case. Others may want a specialized layer: for example, a multi-provider enrichment workflow or a sending tool focused on sequencing. The important question is not whether a product is labeled an Apollo alternative, but whether it replaces the specific work your team relies on without creating unacceptable gaps or extra operating cost.
