The EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max is the closest like-for-like alternative to the Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2: both provide 2,048Wh of storage and 2,400W of continuous AC output, while the EcoFlow offers a higher listed surge rating and support for two extra batteries. Choose the BLUETTI AC200L for an RV or a long outage, because its expansion ceiling is much higher and it supports both TT-30 and an optional D40 12V/30A RV connection. Choose the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus when 3,000W continuous output matters more than portability. The Anker remains the lighter all-rounder, with a built-in TT-30 outlet, fast UPS response and a 4,096Wh maximum with one expansion battery.
Quick comparison
These are all roughly 2,000Wh-class LiFePO4 power stations, but they target different jobs. For tent camping, weight, 12V ports, solar charging and RV compatibility usually matter more than the largest inverter. For home backup, continuous watts, surge capability, UPS behavior, expansion, recharge speed and integration with household circuits are the deciding factors.

What the numbers mean in practice
Capacity is not the same as runtime
A 2,048Wh rating describes the battery’s stored energy under the manufacturer’s test method, not the energy that every appliance receives. The inverter consumes some energy, and refrigerators, pumps and heating elements cycle rather than drawing their nameplate wattage continuously. Estimate a load by multiplying its running watts by the hours you expect it to operate, then allow additional capacity for inverter losses and startup surges. A refrigerator that averages 60W over a 24-hour period uses very different energy from a 60W heater that runs continuously, even though both may show a similar instantaneous reading.

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Use the station’s display or a plug-in watt meter to measure real appliances before a storm or trip. Add the measured watt-hours for essential devices, and keep a reserve so a brief compressor start or an unexpectedly long outage does not empty the battery. Battery expansion increases endurance; it does not increase the AC rating of the inverter, so adding storage will not make an appliance that exceeds the output limit safe to run.

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Continuous, surge and boosted output
Continuous output is the sustained load the inverter is designed to carry. Surge output is a short-duration allowance for motors and compressors starting. A refrigerator, freezer, sump pump or power tool can demand several times its running wattage at startup. Compare the appliance’s starting requirement with the station’s surge specification, not just its running label.
Some stations advertise a software-assisted mode for certain resistive loads. EcoFlow calls its mode X-Boost and lists 3,400W, while BLUETTI calls its mode Turbo Boost and lists 3,600W. These figures should not be treated as a universal replacement for the rated 2,400W inverter: check the appliance type and the manufacturer’s limitations, and do not use a boosted mode for sensitive electronics unless the manual explicitly permits it.
UPS behavior and household integration
The Anker model specifies a 10ms UPS response, useful for keeping many networking devices and computers running when mains power fails. BLUETTI documents UPS use and pairing with a home sub-panel, but the supplied specifications do not state a transfer time. Neither a UPS mode nor a high wattage rating makes a station a whole-house generator by itself. A qualified electrician must install any transfer equipment or sub-panel connection so utility power cannot back-feed into the grid.

Why it suits home backup
The strongest practical advantage is storage growth. It can accept up to two DELTA 2 Max Smart Extra Batteries or DELTA Max Smart Extra Batteries, allowing a household to add endurance in stages rather than buying the largest system immediately. Six AC outlets are convenient when a refrigerator, modem, lights and chargers must remain connected at once. Two 100W USB-C ports can power laptops and other USB-C equipment without using an AC adapter.
Why it suits camping
The 12.6V/10A car output and two DC5521 outputs cover common lights, routers, coolers and other low-voltage accessories. The supplied specifications do not state a weight, so shoppers who carry the station over distance should verify the current product page before choosing it over the lighter Anker. Solar-input wattage is also not stated in the supplied details; confirm the panel limit and connector requirements before designing a solar kit.
Who should choose it
Pick the DELTA 2 Max when you want the closest capacity-and-output match, several AC outlets, strong USB-C connectivity and the option to add two expansion batteries. It is less compelling if a built-in 30A RV receptacle or a known, published weight is a primary requirement.
BLUETTI AC200L: best for RV use and long outages
The AC200L stands out for connections and storage potential rather than portability. It has the same 2,048Wh class capacity and 2,400W continuous AC rating as the Anker and EcoFlow, but its documented expansion ceiling reaches 7,577.6Wh with additional battery packs. That makes it the strongest candidate here for multi-day essential-load backup when the extra batteries and installation space are acceptable.

RV connections
A built-in NEMA TT-30 outlet supports many 30A travel-trailer hookups. BLUETTI also lists an optional D40 12V/30A connection rated for 400W of RV support. The D40 is an accessory and is not equivalent to a 30A, 120V household receptacle, so verify which circuit your trailer uses before purchasing cables or adapters.
Solar, alternator and UPS options
The maximum solar input is listed at 1,200W, the highest documented solar figure among these models. BLUETTI lists 560W alternator charging when used with Charger 1. UPS operation is supported, and the company documents pairing with a home sub-panel. Those features make the AC200L flexible for a parked RV, an off-grid shed or a professionally installed essential-load panel.
Availability warning
The official product page labels the base AC200L and several bundles as discontinued. Availability can therefore vary by region and seller. Confirm that the exact bundle is new, that its batteries and charger are included, and that the warranty applies in your country before making it the foundation of a backup plan.

- Please Note: To reach 10Gbps speed, keep the cable under 3.3 ft. For USB A Male to USB C adapters, try flipping the USB C connector. USB C Male to USB A adapters support bidirectional 10Gbps transfer within 3.3 ft
Trade-off: substantially more weight
At 27.9kg (61.5lb), it is 9kg heavier than the 18.9kg Anker. That difference matters when loading a car, moving the station into a tent or carrying it to a campsite. Treat it as a portable power source that may need two-person handling rather than assuming every member of the household can move it safely.
Charging and connections
Solar input is documented up to 1,400W, and AC charging is listed at two hours. Two 100W USB-C ports, two USB-A ports and a 12V/10A car port cover common personal electronics and vehicle accessories. A 25A AC expansion port is provided, but the supplied product information does not specify a total expansion capacity; verify the supported battery configuration before budgeting for additional storage.
Life and warranty qualification
Jackery lists 4,000 cycles to 70% or more capacity and a 3+2-year warranty. Cycle-life figures are end-of-life thresholds, not a promise that the battery will retain its original capacity after that many cycles, and warranty terms can differ by market or registration requirements. Confirm the applicable terms at purchase.
Choosing for camping
Start with the equipment you will actually take. A weekend tent setup may need only a cooler, phones, lights and a camera, while an RV can add a refrigerator, water pump, microwave or air-conditioner startup. Make a list before comparing brands.

- Car camping and tent bases: prioritize manageable weight, secure handles, a readable display and enough USB and 12V ports. The Anker’s 18.9kg weight is the only published weight in this comparison besides the Jackery’s 27.9kg, so verify the other models before committing to a carry-in campsite.
- Travel trailers: look for a true TT-30 output. The Anker, BLUETTI and the reference comparison include one; the EcoFlow specifications supplied here do not list TT-30.
- Solar camps: match panel voltage, connector polarity and the station’s maximum solar wattage. The documented limits are 800W for Anker, 1,200W for BLUETTI and 1,400W for Jackery; EcoFlow’s limit is not stated in the supplied specifications.
- Vehicle charging: Anker lists 800W alternator charging, BLUETTI lists 560W with Charger 1, and EcoFlow and Jackery provide 12V car outputs for loads. Do not confuse a 12V accessory socket with a high-power alternator charger.
- Noise and weather: none of the supplied specifications gives a comparable noise measurement or weather-resistance rating. Keep every station dry, ventilated and protected from direct rain, dust and extreme heat, and check the current manual for operating temperatures.
Choosing for home backup
Match the inverter to essential loads
Write down the running and starting watts for the refrigerator, freezer, internet equipment, medical devices, lights, heating controls and cooking appliances you intend to use. Add simultaneous running loads and compare that total with continuous output. Then check the largest motor or compressor startup against surge capability. If the combined load can exceed the inverter, use a schedule or a circuit-level plan rather than hoping the battery will regulate an overload.
Decide how long the outage may last
For a short outage, one 2,000Wh-class station can keep a modest essential-load circuit operating while the utility is restored. For repeated outages or multi-day events, expansion is more valuable than a slightly larger surge number. The BLUETTI’s documented 7,577.6Wh ceiling is the largest here; EcoFlow accepts two extra batteries; Anker reaches 4,096Wh with one BP2000 Gen 2. Jackery’s supplied details do not establish an expansion ceiling.
Plan the electrical connection
Using extension cords for individual appliances is different from powering household wiring. A transfer switch or sub-panel must be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation must comply with local electrical rules. Never connect a power station to a wall outlet to energize a home circuit unless a listed transfer device is installed. Keep smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide alarms and fuel-burning generators separate from indoor battery equipment; a battery station has no exhaust, but it still needs ventilation for heat.
How much expansion battery do you need?
Estimate expansion from energy, not from the number printed on the box. Measure or find the average wattage of each essential device, multiply by the hours it must run, and add the results. Divide the required watt-hours by the station’s usable fraction after allowing for inverter losses and a reserve. If the result is near the base capacity, choose the next expansion step so the battery is not routinely discharged to empty.
| Situation | Practical approach |
|---|---|
| Overnight networking, lights and phone charging | Start with the base unit; measure the actual load and retain reserve capacity. |
| Refrigerator plus networking during a one-day outage | Check compressor startup and average duty cycle; add one expansion battery if measured energy approaches the base capacity. |
| Several days of refrigeration, medical equipment and small appliances | Favor a platform with a high expansion ceiling, such as the documented BLUETTI system, and recharge daily with solar or another safe source. |
| High-wattage cooking or tools | Prioritize inverter and surge ratings first; extra batteries extend runtime but do not raise the AC output limit. |
Setup checklist before an outage or trip
Home backup setup
- Charge the station from AC and confirm the display reaches the manufacturer’s stated full-charge indication.
- Connect only the intended essential loads, using a transfer switch or sub-panel installed for that purpose, or use individual extension cords for appliances when no household integration exists.
- Test the refrigerator, freezer, modem and other motor-driven devices one at a time. Watch for startup overloads and note their measured running watts.
- Enable UPS mode only for equipment that benefits from automatic transfer, and confirm that the station’s operating manual supports the intended device.
- Label cables, keep the station accessible and ventilated, and store the expansion battery and charging leads together.
- During an outage, stagger high-power loads. Recharge from solar, AC or an approved alternator input without exceeding the station’s input limits.
Camping setup
- Charge at home, then verify every cable, solar adapter and fuse before leaving.
- Place the station on a dry, stable surface away from standing water, direct sun and sleeping areas. Leave clearance around ventilation openings.
- Use 12V outputs for compatible coolers, lights and routers when possible; an AC adapter adds inverter conversion.
- For an RV, confirm whether the trailer inlet is TT-30 or another connector and use only an appropriately rated, correctly wired cable.
- Set a battery reserve for the final night or for vehicle recovery. Monitor input and output watts rather than relying only on the percentage display.
- Disconnect solar panels before changing connectors, and follow the panel voltage and polarity limits in the current manual.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
- Buying by watt-hours alone: a large battery cannot run a load that exceeds the inverter or surge rating.
- Ignoring starting current: compressor and pump startup can trip an otherwise adequate station; test the real appliance.
- Assuming every 30A socket is the same: TT-30, D40 12V/30A and a 25A AC expansion port serve different electrical systems.
- Using an unspecified expansion battery: connect only packs listed for that model and generation. The Anker expansion named here is the BP2000 Gen 2; EcoFlow lists two compatible Smart Extra Battery families.
- Expecting solar to deliver its nameplate continuously: shade, angle, temperature and controller limits reduce production. Size solar input using the station’s published maximum, not the panel total alone.
- Leaving the unit in a hot vehicle: heat accelerates battery aging and may stop charging. Store and operate it within the manufacturer’s temperature limits.
- Skipping a real-world test: perform a supervised trial with the exact refrigerator, router, lights and charging equipment you plan to depend on.
- Assuming discontinued stock is interchangeable: verify the exact AC200L bundle, charger, battery generation, seller and regional warranty before purchase.
Which one should you buy?
- Choose EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max for the closest Anker-sized replacement, abundant AC and USB-C ports, and a two-battery expansion path.
- Choose BLUETTI AC200L for an RV-oriented setup, the highest documented solar input, sub-panel capability or the longest planned runtime—provided current stock and warranty are confirmed.
- Choose Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus when 3,000W continuous and 6,000W surge output justify carrying 27.9kg.
- Choose Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 when its 18.9kg weight, built-in TT-30, 10ms UPS, 800W alternator input and straightforward 4,096Wh one-battery expansion fit your loads.
For most buyers comparing like-for-like capacity, the EcoFlow is the safest starting point. RV owners should investigate the BLUETTI first, while users with demanding tools or cooking appliances should accept the Jackery’s extra weight only after confirming that its higher inverter rating is genuinely needed.
