The BenQ INFTYLAB M Mouse PS01 is a $119.99 Mac-focused mouse that tries to reproduce familiar trackpad behavior through software. It offers smooth scrolling, selectable Natural or Standard scrolling, customizable shortcuts and a radial Quick Pie menu, but those trackpad-like controls depend on the INFTYLAB Glide app. Its 85-gram ergonomic shell, silent clicks and five-device connectivity make it a versatile desktop mouse; independent testing of battery life, latency and durability is not yet available.
What the INFTYLAB M Mouse is
BenQ introduced its INFTYLAB desktop-accessories brand on September 3, 2026, with the M Mouse PS01 as its first mouse. The announced US MSRP is $119.99, and availability through INFTYLAB’s site, Amazon.com and B&H Photo Video was announced for September 9, 2026. Retail pricing and stock can change, so check the current listing before buying.
The design target is a Mac user who wants mouse ergonomics and physical buttons without giving up interactions learned from a MacBook trackpad. The mouse itself does not create Apple-style gestures automatically: Glide interprets scrolling and button actions and provides the relevant settings.

Shape and weight
BenQ says the center arc follows the hand’s natural resting curve. Thumb and ring-finger grooves provide side support, while the 85 g body is intended for small-to-medium hands. Palm support and the raised center can reduce the need to clamp your fingers around a low-profile mouse, although the fit will depend on hand length, grip style and desk posture.

Controls and materials
The PS01 uses silent click feedback and an aluminum scroll wheel. BenQ says it validated comfort with ultrasonic muscle-fatigue testing; that is a vendor claim rather than an independent comfort study. The official information does not confirm a left-handed version or provide independent measurements of wrist pressure, click force or long-term wear.
For a meaningful fit check, compare four things with your current mouse: whether your palm is supported without bending the wrist, whether your thumb and ring finger rest in the grooves, whether the pointer finger reaches the main buttons naturally, and how easily you can lift and reposition the mouse.
How the trackpad-like controls work
Smooth scrolling and direction
Mac-like smooth scrolling is a Glide feature and requires the desktop application. In Glide, choose Natural to match the direction used by a Mac trackpad, or Standard for traditional mouse behavior. The software also exposes side-scrolling controls and battery alerts.

Shortcuts and Quick Pie
macOS function-button defaults include Mission Control, screenshot and horizontal scrolling. You can remap shortcuts, and Quick Pie opens a radial menu from a mouse button: move or click in a direction to select an assigned action. This can put frequently used commands under one finger, but it adds a software layer that a conventional mouse does not require.
The no-install web interface can configure DPI, polling rate and three function-button shortcuts. The desktop app is required for smooth-scroll tuning, scroll direction, side scrolling, Quick Pie, battery alerts and firmware updates while the mouse is connected by cable.

The USB-C receiver suits newer Macs, while its USB-A adapter covers older ports and many docks. The official information does not specify the exact button sequence or switch location used to change active devices, so consult the in-box guide for that procedure.
DPI, polling and cursor consistency
Glide provides sensitivity up to 6,000 DPI. With the receiver, polling can be set to 500 Hz or 1,000 Hz; Bluetooth supports 125 Hz only. Higher polling can make cursor reporting more frequent, but it may also affect power use and is not a substitute for a comfortable sensitivity setting.
Glide warns that default DPI differs between receiver or wired operation and Bluetooth. If the pointer feels faster or slower after switching devices, set DPI separately for each connection rather than assuming one value carries across all modes.

Setup requirements
Glide supports macOS 13 and later and Windows 10.0.17763 and later. The browser-based configurator requires a WebHID-capable browser such as Chrome or Edge.
- Connect the mouse by USB-C, pair it over Bluetooth, or plug in the 2.4G receiver and its adapter.
- Open the Glide web configurator in a WebHID-capable browser for basic DPI, polling and three-button assignments, or install the desktop app for scrolling and Quick Pie controls.
- Choose Natural or Standard scroll direction, then configure side scrolling and shortcuts if needed.
- Set DPI and polling separately for wired, receiver and Bluetooth connections so the cursor remains predictable when you switch devices.
- Use the desktop app in wired mode to check battery alerts and install firmware updates.
Is it a good Mac mouse?
It is a strong fit if you want a shaped, palm-supported mouse, silent clicks, Mac-oriented defaults and the ability to work across several computers. The five-connection layout is particularly useful for a desk shared by a Mac, a Windows PC and additional Bluetooth devices.
It is less suitable if you want gestures to work with no background software, need a confirmed left-handed design, or expect the same cursor feel on every connection without per-mode adjustment. A trackpad remains the simpler choice for direct multi-finger gestures, while the PS01 trades some of that immediacy for a more traditional grip and physical buttons.

Price, accessories and what is not yet proven
The official MSRP is $119.99. BenQ also announced the Flow Desk Mat PLG01 at $34.99, with a faux-leather surface and rubber backing tuned for the M Mouse’s glide. It is optional and does not add any control features.
No independently measured battery-life figure, click-latency result, long-term durability study or comparative benchmark against a trackpad or other mice is provided in the official material. Treat claims about comfort, responsiveness and endurance as unverified until independent hands-on testing is available.
