Ignition, hood and thermometer: useful features with limits

Quartz ignition is the listed ignition system. If the barbecue does not light, do not keep releasing gas while repeatedly clicking the igniter. Its presence does not prove that the cabinet functions like an oven or that the thermometer is calibrated to a particular tolerance.
