How to reach the Gaming Device
1. Meet Kunai first

Stay on the lower route until it ends in another room. Do not stop at the first side space or assume that an empty shelf near the entrance is the target. The reported pickup is in the room at the corridor’s end.

The game’s combat systems make the distinction especially important. Game Freak director Kota Furushima describes a “one-person, one-dog action RPG” in which Emma fights with fast-paced katana action while Koo contributes abilities through a command-based system. The official explanation says: “The gameplay blends two styles: the protagonist, Emma, fights using fast-paced katana action, while Koo supports her with powerful skills triggered via a command-based system, similar to a turn-based RPG.”

Emma’s katana combat
