Senior Hire Coins are recruitment tokens for the Senior Hire tier at Club B. Diamonds are Battle Night’s flexible premium currency: you can spend them on Senior Hire or Perfect Hire-related options, as well as other shop items. A coin is already committed to one recruitment function; a diamond can remain in your reserve or be converted into a recruitment attempt when the shop, event, or your roster makes that worthwhile.
Senior Hire Coins and diamonds at a glance
The practical distinction is flexibility. Senior Hire Coins are purpose-specific. Diamonds are the broader currency used to obtain recruitment resources and other purchases. That means the best choice depends on whether you need a Senior Hire pull now, want to preserve options for an event, or have a more valuable use for your diamonds.
| Question | Senior Hire Coin | Diamond |
|---|---|---|
| What is it? | A token for the Senior Hire recruitment tier | Premium currency used across recruitment and the shop |
| Primary recruitment use | Perform one Senior Hire pull | Buy a Senior Hire-related option or another eligible item |
| Where Senior Hire is documented | Club B | Shop and recruitment-related offers |
| Flexibility | Narrow; normally tied to Senior Hire | High; can be saved, converted to recruitment resources, or spent elsewhere |
| Reported acquisition routes | Store, Hyperspace, events, and map trades; a community guide also reports Senior Hire’s free-pull timer | Premium-currency balance used for shop purchases and recruitment options |
| Best default treatment | Use when you want the Senior Hire attempt and have no reason to hold the token | Hold until the purchase has clear value, especially around changing shop offers or events |
Battle Night is a mobile RPG with optional in-app purchases, according to its Apple App Store listing. The exact economy can change by server, version, shop rotation, and event. The figures below that come from community or third-party guides are therefore historical reference points, not a guarantee of what your account currently displays.

What Senior Hire Coins are used for
One coin performs a Senior Hire recruitment attempt
Community documentation treats Senior Hire as its own recruitment tier, separate from Basic Hire and Perfect Hire. A Senior Hire Coin is the token associated with that tier. When the Senior Hire screen accepts a coin, spending one initiates the corresponding Senior Hire pull; it is not a general-purpose balance for unrelated shop purchases.

The documented location for this recruitment activity is Club B. The game can change navigation labels or place offers in rotating panels, so use the Senior Hire entry shown in your current Club B interface rather than relying on an old screenshot or guide layout.
Coins can arrive through several in-game routes
A 2020 community guide lists the Store, Hyperspace, events, and map trades as sources for Senior Hire and Perfect Hire coins. These routes are not necessarily available at all times: event rewards and map-trade inventories can rotate, while store bundles can differ by version.
A reported free-pull timer is separate from coin spending
The same community guide reports one free Senior Hire pull every 48 hours. Treat that as a guide-reported mechanic from 2020. Check the timer and the wording in your own Senior Hire screen before planning around it; a free attempt may have its own cooldown and may not be equivalent to receiving a tradable coin.
What a coin cannot do
- It is not a substitute for diamonds in general shop purchases.
- It does not automatically become a Perfect Hire token.
- It does not preserve the purchasing flexibility of diamonds if you later decide that another offer is better.
If your objective is specifically one Senior Hire pull, the coin is already the correct denomination. Converting diamonds into a coin or a Senior Hire offer only makes sense when the resulting attempt is worth more to you than the diamonds’ other available uses.
What diamonds do in Battle Night
Diamonds are the flexible premium currency
Diamonds can be used to obtain recruitment resources and to buy other eligible shop items. In recruitment, guides describe diamonds as a resource for Senior Hire options, while Perfect Hire is presented as a separate token-based path. The important distinction is that diamonds are not locked to either tier before you spend them.

Diamonds can become a recruitment attempt, but the exchange is not fixed
One community guide says Senior Hire Coins can be bought for 200 diamonds. A separate third-party offer guide lists an example Senior Hire value of 250 diamonds and a Perfect Hire value of 1,200 diamonds. Because those figures conflict, they should be read as offers reported by particular guides, not as a permanent exchange rate.
| Reported offer | Amount | Evidence and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Senior Hire Coin | 200 diamonds | Price reported by a community guide; may vary by version or event |
| Senior Hire option | 250 diamonds | Example listed by a separate third-party offer guide; conflicts with the 200-diamond report |
| Perfect Hire option | 1,200 diamonds | Example listed by the same third-party offer guide; not established as a current universal price |
Before confirming a purchase, read the amount, contents, and reset or expiration details on the live offer. If your shop shows a different cost, the in-game offer is the relevant price for your account at that moment.

Spending a diamond on Senior Hire means giving up the ability to use that diamond on another shop item, a later event offer, or a different recruitment path. A Senior Hire Coin does not carry that same opportunity cost because its normal function is already defined. This is why saving diamonds is often sensible even when you would immediately spend an available Senior Hire Coin.
How Senior Hire, Perfect Hire, and Basic Hire differ
Community guides describe three separate recruitment tiers: Basic Hire, Senior Hire, and Perfect Hire. No current official table showing every cost, pity rule, pool, or hero list for all three is published, so avoid assuming that a higher name guarantees a particular hero or that an old percentage applies to every server.
| Tier | Documented currency relationship | What is established | What you must verify in game |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Hire | Separate from Senior Hire and Perfect Hire | Community documentation identifies it as a distinct tier | Current cost, pool, rates, and any free attempts |
| Senior Hire | Uses Senior Hire Coins; diamonds may buy a related option | Performed at Club B; a guide reports a 48-hour free pull | Live offer price, timer, pool, and disclosure for your version |
| Perfect Hire | Shown as a separate token-based path; diamonds may buy a related option | Separate from Senior Hire in community guides | Current token cost, offer contents, pool, and event rules |
Do not treat a diamond purchase labeled for Perfect Hire as interchangeable with a Senior Hire Coin. The label identifies the recruitment path, and the two paths may have different pools, costs, and event treatment.

Reported recruitment outcomes—and how to interpret them
A 2020 r/BattleNight community guide reports the following outcomes, and a separate guide reproduces the same percentages:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems| Recruitment tier | Reported outcome | Source status |
|---|---|---|
| Senior Hire | 58.5% green, 40.0% blue, 1.5% purple | Community-reported figures from 2020; no current official probability table is published |
| Perfect Hire | 90% blue, 10% purple | Community-reported figures from 2020; no current official probability table is published |
Why these percentages should not drive a purchase blindly
- They are dated community figures, not a confirmed live disclosure for every server and version.
- The colors describe the reported result categories, but the guides do not establish that the underlying hero pool remains unchanged.
- An event, banner, or version update can change the pool or rates without changing the currency names.
- A higher-rarity result is not automatically a better upgrade for your current lineup; faction, role, skill coverage, and duplicates matter.
Open the probability or details panel attached to the live recruitment screen, if one is provided, and use that disclosure over a guide. If no current disclosure is shown, regard the historical percentages as context only.
When to spend a Senior Hire Coin
Spend it for an immediate roster need
Use a Senior Hire Coin when a Senior Hire attempt addresses a current progression bottleneck and you have no stated reason to reserve the token. Since the coin is already restricted to Senior Hire, holding it does not preserve the flexibility that holding diamonds would.
Use the free timer before paying for an equivalent attempt
If your Senior Hire screen shows the reported 48-hour free-pull timer, check whether the free attempt is ready before spending a coin or diamonds. The timer may not operate exactly as described in the 2020 guide, so confirm the live countdown and the result of claiming it.
Hold it only for a known event rule
Saving a coin can be rational if an announced event explicitly counts Senior Hire attempts, grants milestone rewards for spending recruitment tokens, or changes the available pool. Without a confirmed event condition, indefinite hoarding delays an attempt without giving you the broader optionality that diamonds provide.

When to spend or save diamonds
Spend diamonds when the live offer has a clear, acceptable value
Compare the displayed diamond cost with what the offer actually grants: a coin, a single pull, multiple attempts, a guaranteed item, or a bundle with additional materials. A lower nominal price is not automatically better if the offer has a weaker pool or no guarantee.
Save diamonds when prices or events are volatile
The conflicting 200- and 250-diamond Senior Hire figures demonstrate why a fixed conversion rule is unsafe. Holding diamonds lets you respond to a discounted rotation, an event requirement, or a more useful shop item. This is especially relevant if you are free-to-play or buy diamonds infrequently, because each purchase has a larger opportunity cost.
Do not spend based on an unverified Perfect Hire price
The 1,200-diamond Perfect Hire figure is an example from a third-party offer guide, not a confirmed universal price. Treat it as a historical reference until your own shop displays the offer and its contents.
A practical spending procedure
- Check the Senior Hire screen in Club B. Note whether a free attempt is available, whether the timer is running, and which payment methods the current interface accepts.
- Read the live offer details. Record the diamond cost, the number of attempts, any guaranteed result, the expiration or reset time, and whether the purchase grants a coin or performs the pull immediately.
- Check your coin balance. If you already have a Senior Hire Coin and want one Senior Hire attempt, use the coin before converting diamonds unless a specific event makes the diamond offer more valuable.
- Check event conditions. Look for explicit language about Senior Hire attempts, Perfect Hire resources, milestones, banners, or bonus rates. Do not infer event credit from a generic shop purchase.
- Compare alternatives. Decide whether the same diamonds could buy a more useful shop item or a different recruitment option for your roster.
- Confirm the pool or probability panel. Use the current in-game disclosure where available; historical community percentages are not a substitute.
- Spend only after checking the confirmation screen. Verify the currency, quantity, and resulting item before accepting, particularly when a bundle contains several resources.
Decision rules for common situations
| Your situation | Usually sensible action | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| You have a Senior Hire Coin and want one Senior Hire pull now | Use the coin, after checking whether a free attempt is ready | The coin is already dedicated to that function, so no diamonds are required for the attempt |
| You have diamonds but no coin | Inspect the current Senior Hire offer and compare its cost with other uses | Diamonds are flexible and the reported prices are inconsistent |
| A recruitment event explicitly rewards Senior Hire attempts | Follow the event’s stated currency and deadline rules | The event may change the value of spending now, but only its written conditions establish eligibility |
| You are saving for Perfect Hire | Keep diamonds unspent unless the live Perfect Hire offer is part of your plan | Perfect Hire is a separate path, and its reported 1,200-diamond example is not a universal price |
| Your roster is stable and no event is active | Preserve diamonds; use available Senior Hire Coins when appropriate | This keeps the premium currency available for a better rotation or urgent need |
| A guide’s price or odds differ from your screen | Use your current in-game display | Version, server, shop, and event differences can make old guide data stale |
How to avoid the most common currency mistakes
Mistake: treating coins and diamonds as equivalent
A Senior Hire Coin is a recruitment token, while a diamond is a general premium balance. Their values cannot be compared by name alone. Compare the exact offer and what you would forgo by spending diamonds.
Mistake: assuming the 200-diamond price is permanent
The 200-diamond figure comes from a community guide, while another guide lists 250 diamonds for a Senior Hire option. The discrepancy is evidence that prices can vary; it is not a reason to assume either number is always correct.

- HD Display: Connect to the HDMI port to stream or mirror content to an external monitor in resolutions of up to 4K@30Hz. Note: The USB-C ports do not support video output.
- What You Get: Anker 332 USB-C Hub (5-in-1), welcome guide, our worry-free 18-month warranty, and friendly customer service.
Mistake: presenting 2020 odds as live guarantees
The 58.5%/40.0%/1.5% Senior Hire split and 90%/10% Perfect Hire split are historical community reports. Verify current disclosures before evaluating expected results.
Mistake: buying a generic gift card expecting it to become game currency
No verified program converts a general gaming gift card directly into Senior Hire Coins or diamonds. Only use a purchase route that the game or an authorized store explicitly identifies for Battle Night currency.
Mistake: ignoring the free-pull cooldown
Check the Senior Hire screen for the reported 48-hour free attempt before paying. A missed free attempt can make an otherwise unnecessary purchase.

Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Mistake: saving every coin forever
Coins have narrower utility than diamonds. Reserve them for a clearly announced event or rule only when that event gives a measurable benefit; otherwise, use them for the Senior Hire attempt you actually want.
What is established, and what remains version-dependent
The currency roles are consistent across the available guides: Senior Hire Coins are tied to Senior Hire, and diamonds are the flexible premium currency that can fund recruitment-related purchases and other shop items. The uncertain parts are the live price, event schedule, exact pool, and probability disclosure.
| Detail | Confidence level | How to handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Senior Hire is separate from Basic Hire and Perfect Hire | Supported by community documentation | Use the tier names shown in your current game |
| Senior Hire takes a Senior Hire Coin at Club B | Supported by community documentation | Confirm the current Club B interface |
| Coins can come from Store, Hyperspace, events, and map trades | Reported by a 2020 community guide | Check which routes are active on your server |
| One free Senior Hire pull every 48 hours | Reported by a 2020 community guide | Rely on the live timer, not the old guide alone |
| 200 diamonds for a Senior Hire Coin | Guide-reported and potentially variable | Use the displayed shop price |
| 250 diamonds for Senior Hire and 1,200 for Perfect Hire | Examples from a separate third-party offer guide | Do not treat as universal or current without an in-game match |
| Reported rarity percentages | Community figures from 2020 | Check current probability details before spending |
Bottom-line choice
Use a Senior Hire Coin when you want a Senior Hire pull and the live screen does not give you a reason to wait. Save diamonds until a specific offer, event, or roster need justifies their opportunity cost. Diamonds can be turned into recruitment resources, but their price and value change; a coin is less flexible but easier to value because its purpose is already defined. For every purchase, trust the current Club B, Store, event, and probability displays over historical guide numbers.
