The ASUS Prime AP303 is a 44-liter mid-tower that supports full-size ATX motherboards, and Newegg displayed its black mesh version for $89.99 when checked on October 12, 2026. That is a time- and retailer-specific listing, not a guaranteed current price. Before buying, confirm the exact variant, seller, shipping, stock, and delivered total.
Which ASUS case is listed at $89.99?
The listing is for the ASUS Prime AP303, not the AP201. The model numbers matter: the AP303 supports ATX motherboards, while the AP201 is a Micro-ATX case. ASUS announced the AP303 on November 7, 2025, describing it as a 44-liter chassis. ASUS also lists AP201 variants at £89.99 in the UK, a different model and currency.
Newegg displayed $89.99 for the black mesh AP303 on October 12, 2026. Retail prices and inventory can change, so treat that as a snapshot rather than a standing deal. A separate Micro Center open-box listing showed $79.96 for in-store availability in Dallas; its open-box condition and local availability make it a different offer, not a comparable nationwide price.

ASUS lists support for ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, graphics cards up to 360 mm long, and ATX power supplies up to 180 mm long. Its announcement also specifies radiators up to 360 mm long and 60 mm thick, plus seven fan mounting points. These are manufacturer specifications; actual fit depends on the arrangement and dimensions of your components.

Check the graphics card and its support
The 360 mm maximum GPU length is the published limit. ASUS also says the case includes a structural support bracket for graphics cards measuring 310–360 mm. Check your card’s full dimensions, including any protruding parts, and ensure the bracket will not interfere with other installed components.
Resolve the PSU-clearance discrepancy
ASUS specifies ATX power supplies up to 180 mm long, while Newegg’s black mesh listing gives a 185 mm maximum. Because the published values differ, use the more conservative 180 mm limit unless ASUS or the exact retailer SKU confirms otherwise. Leave room for PSU cables and their bends when checking fit.

Plan radiator and fan placement
ASUS lists support for a radiator up to 360 mm long and 60 mm thick, but the compatible position and clearance with fans or other hardware should be verified against the exact case variant and your component layout. Newegg’s black mesh listing specifies top mounting for up to three 120 mm or three 140 mm fans, and bottom mounting for three 120 mm fans. It lists one pre-installed rear 120 mm fan. Confirm those retailer-listed details against the SKU you intend to purchase.
Mesh or tempered glass: which version should you choose?
ASUS offers the AP303 with either a quasi-filter metallic-mesh side panel or a tempered-glass side panel, in black or white. The mesh option is the airflow-oriented choice; tempered glass is for displaying the build. Choose the panel and color that match your priorities, and verify the listing is for that exact version rather than relying on a product photo or a broad model name.

ASUS says the case has a 34 mm cable-management compartment behind the motherboard. That space can help with cable routing, but a tidy build still depends on cable bulk, connector placement, and how carefully the cables are arranged.
Check the size and front-panel connections before ordering
An independent GeekaWhat review, dated March 31, 2026, lists dimensions of 215 × 425 × 485 mm and confirms ATX compatibility and the panel and color variants. Compare those dimensions with your desk space, including the clearance needed for cables and airflow around the case.

Newegg lists a 20 Gbps front USB-C port, two USB-A ports, and headphone/microphone audio on the black mesh model. To use the front USB-C port, confirm that your motherboard has a compatible internal USB-C header; the port’s presence on the case alone does not guarantee that it can connect to your board. Check the exact SKU for the listed front connections.

- The exact model is AP303, with the side-panel and color variant you intend to buy.
- Your GPU is no longer than the published 360 mm maximum and can use the included support bracket if applicable.
- Your PSU is no longer than 180 mm unless the exact variant’s documentation confirms more clearance.
- Your radiator, fans, and other components fit together in the intended mounting positions.
- Your motherboard has the internal header needed for the front USB-C port if you plan to use it.
- The live offer’s seller, stock, shipping charge, and delivered price meet your needs.
ASUS’s release says, “The ASUS Prime AP303 uses every square inch smartly, providing room for ATX PSUs up to 180mm long and graphics cards up to 360mm long.” That is manufacturer copy, not a performance measurement. The available specifications establish fit limits and mounting options, but they do not establish measured thermal or acoustic performance.
