Asphyxia has no verified cheat-code system documented in the available sources. For faster progress, use its skip settings and community-documented achievement and ending routes. Steam lists eight achievements and four endings; the routes below are player-authored paths, not the only choices that can work.
What to expect from Asphyxia
Asphyxia is an English-language, single-player visual novel developed and published by ebi-hime. Released on Steam on August 4, 2015, it follows Samantha Coleridge as she tries to repair her relationship with Lillian Wordsworth. Steam describes a story with several choices and four endings, lists eight achievements, and estimates three to six hours of reading across approximately 70,000 words. Steam store listing.
Expect to revisit branches to see the different outcomes. There is no single linear route that covers all four endings, and the choices listed below come from community guides rather than an official walkthrough.

The researched Steam listing and walkthroughs do not document cheat codes or an in-game code system. That does not prove codes are impossible; it means there is no verified code list to recommend. The practical shortcuts documented by players are skipping text and following achievement or ending routes.

How to make repeat runs faster
Queendom’s community guide recommends changing the game’s skip preferences before using its fast achievement route:
- Set Skip to All text.
- Set After choices to Keep skipping.
- Press Tab to skip through text.
These settings and the key are instructions from a player-authored guide, not developer-confirmed guidance. If you want to follow its skip-oriented achievement sequence, use the guide directly: “Quick 100% Achievements” by Queendom. Its route is organized into three takes and includes a save/load branch. Because the guide’s choice list is partly presented as isolated numbers, avoid filling in missing dialogue from guesswork.

Achievement troubleshooting
Cod Queen’s guide says “Constancy to an Ideal Object” is earned early, before choices. The page also reproduces a developer comment dated November 4, 2015, describing a possible achievement-definition issue in an older version and a persistent-data reset workaround. That is historical advice involving deletion of persistent save data; it is not current troubleshooting confirmation. Do not delete persistent data as a routine fix. If the achievement does not unlock, consult current Steam Community information before attempting a reset.
