ASBIS reported sharply higher revenue and profit in the first half of 2026, and says AI-server contracts contributed to sales growth. That supports a business-growth story, but it does not verify the claimed 476% share-price rally or show that AI demand alone caused it. ASBIS is a Warsaw-listed technology distributor and solutions provider, not a data-center owner; the rally figure needs a dated price series before it can be treated as fact.
What ASBIS does
ASBIS Group, formally ASBISc Enterprises PLC, distributes and develops information and communications technology (ICT) and Internet of Things (IoT) products, solutions, and services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Its shares trade on the Warsaw Stock Exchange under the ticker ASB.
For AI and data centers, the company describes a portfolio of infrastructure components that includes server CPUs and GPUs, AI accelerators, server DRAM, SSD and HDD storage, and networking equipment. That makes ASBIS a supplier and channel enabler for infrastructure deployments; the available company materials do not establish that it designs or owns data centers. ASBIS reported H1 2026 revenue of USD 2,965.2 million, up 76% year on year, and net profit of USD 80.6 million, up 315%. For Q2 2026, it reported revenue of USD 1,696.7 million and net profit of USD 44.3 million. These are company-reported results, not independently verified figures. ASBIS H1 2026 results
#1 Best Overall
The comparison matters: profit grew faster than revenue in the reported first half. That shows a stronger increase in reported net profit than in sales for that period, but the figures alone do not explain the drivers or establish that the same relationship will persist.
For context, ASBIS reported FY 2025 revenue of USD 3.9 billion, up 28% year on year, and linked results to AI-server and data-center demand as well as demand for memory and storage components. ASBIS FY 2025 results
How AI and data-center demand fit the business
ASBIS says large AI-server contracts helped drive sales growth in the CIS region. The company has also held AI-infrastructure events with NVIDIA, Supermicro, Everpure, and local partners, presenting infrastructure capabilities and enterprise deployment topics. Those activities are evidence of its positioning in the supply and enablement chain, rather than proof that it owns the underlying infrastructure or controls end-customer demand. ASBIS H1 2026 results ASBIS AI roadshow information
Management characterized the H1 results as proof that ASBIS was prepared for the “AI revolution.” That is the company’s interpretation, not independent evidence that AI alone produced the results. A precise estimate of AI infrastructure’s share of consolidated sales is not established by the available figures.
What the 476% rally claim does—and does not—establish
The cited ASBIS operating releases do not establish a 476% share-price return. They do not specify the start and end dates, price series, currency basis, or whether dividends are included. Without those details, the percentage cannot be checked or reported as a verified return.
Even if a dated price series confirms that return for a chosen period, operating growth would not by itself prove that AI demand caused the share-price move. The company’s reported results support a strong recent operating-growth narrative; they do not establish a stock-price target, a valuation conclusion, or a guarantee of continued growth.

What to watch in future results
- Revenue and profit together: Track whether profit growth continues to keep pace with sales, and examine the company’s explanations for changes in profitability.
- AI and data-center contribution: Look for quantified sales or segment detail rather than relying only on broad AI positioning or contract commentary.
- Regional and customer mix: The company’s mention of CIS sales growth makes regional contribution and concentration relevant to assessing how broadly growth is distributed.
- Demand durability: A run of strong results can reflect a favorable period; it does not establish that demand, margins, or contract volumes will continue at the same rate.
ASBIS CEO Serhei Kostevitch said the company’s ambition for 2026 was to deliver its highest profitability in its history and build a foundation for further growth. This is management’s stated ambition, not a forecast or guarantee. ASBIS H1 2026 management comments

How to read the preliminary August sales number
ASBIS reported preliminary August 2026 revenue of USD 604 million, up 91% year on year. The company described this as a preliminary monthly sales estimate, not a full audited reporting period. It can indicate recent sales momentum, but it should not be treated as a substitute for finalized financial statements or a forecast of future growth. ASBIS preliminary August 2026 sales
