It does mean that a generator’s promise is unverified. A page can display a string, a progress bar, or a video without having any connection to Pixellar Studios or to Roblox. The decisive test is the game’s response after you submit the string.

They target account credentials
A request for your Roblox password, session cookie, recovery code, or a login on a domain unrelated to Roblox is a credential-theft warning. A legitimate promotional code does not need access to your account outside the game’s normal sign-in and redemption process.

If the panel does not appear, first confirm that you are inside the actual Spin a Soccer Card experience attributed to Pixellar Studios | RSC, not a similarly named copy. If you installed an unfamiliar file
Disconnect the affected device from sensitive accounts while you remove the software and run the security checks provided by your operating system. Change important passwords from a device you trust, beginning with email, because email access can be used to reset other accounts. If the device is managed by a school or employer, notify its administrator.
