Yes—this specific 7-Eleven Xbox promotion is an officially announced offer, but an email, text, QR code, social post, or resale listing that mentions it is not automatically genuine. The published campaign covers qualifying Xbox gift-card purchases at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores, with 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards membership required for the advertised rewards. Verify the store, gift-card amount, dates, and terms before paying, and redeem any code only through Xbox while signed in to the Microsoft account that should own it.
What the official 7-Eleven promotion actually offers
7-Eleven, Inc. announced the Xbox and Forza Horizon 6 promotion on October 8, 2026. The announcement describes a retail offer rather than a general internet giveaway. During the qualifying purchase period, an eligible loyalty-program member who buys a qualifying Xbox gift card at a participating store can receive a free small Slurpee and exclusive Forza Horizon 6 in-game content.
| Promotion element | Published detail |
|---|---|
| Participating retailers | Participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores |
| Required membership | 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards |
| Qualifying gift-card values | $15, $25, or $50 Xbox gift cards |
| Advertised rewards | One free small Slurpee and exclusive Forza Horizon 6 in-game content |
| In-game item described | A 7-Eleven-wrapped Toyota GR-Supra livery for each qualifying gift card |
| Purchase window | August 26 through October 27, 2026 |
| Availability | Subject to availability and quantities while they last |
The release describes participating stores nationwide, but “nationwide” does not guarantee that every location has stock or is enrolled. Check the individual store and the current campaign terms before buying. The release also mentions limited-edition apparel and accessories on 7Collection; those items are a separate collaboration and are not the gift-card reward.
Recommended Free Tools
7-Eleven says its 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards programs have more than 100 million members. That is a corporate membership figure, not a measure of promotion safety, participation, or the number of successful code redemptions.

How to tell the real offer from an imitation
Match every core detail
A message is consistent with the published campaign only if its details line up with the official announcement: the seller is a participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes store; the purchase is a $15, $25, or $50 Xbox gift card; the recipient is using 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards; and the stated purchase date falls between August 26 and October 27, 2026. A promise of a different gift-card value, a cash payout, or a reward unrelated to Slurpee and Forza Horizon 6 deserves extra scrutiny.
Use the campaign’s own terms link
The announcement directs customers to https://bonuscoderewards.com/US0826FRZ for gift-card details, terms, conditions, and any applicable fees. Those campaign-specific rules control details that the press release does not spell out, such as redemption timing, exclusions, or how a missing reward is handled. Do not infer those conditions from a social post or a seller’s summary.
Check the date and stock language
The announced purchase window ends October 27, 2026. A post that says the offer is permanent, guarantees unlimited quantities, or continues it after that date conflicts with the published information unless a newer official notice changes the terms. Because the announcement says rewards are available only while quantities last, a legitimate purchase may still fail to produce a reward after supplies are exhausted; keep the receipt and consult the campaign terms rather than paying a stranger for a replacement code.
Where the purchase must happen
The reward is tied to a qualifying Xbox gift-card purchase at a participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes location. The announcement does not say that buying an Xbox gift card from Amazon or another online marketplace earns the 7-Eleven reward. An Amazon listing may sell a genuine Xbox gift card for normal Xbox use, but that is a different transaction from the retail promotion.

- Use or provide the required 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards membership as directed at checkout.

If a cashier or online listing claims that any seller qualifies, ask for the applicable campaign term before paying. The official announcement is the basis for the participating-channel requirement; it does not extend the offer to unlisted sellers.
Safe Xbox-code redemption
Sign in to the account that should own the code
Xbox warns that a redeemed code cannot be transferred to another account. Before entering the code, sign in to the Microsoft account intended to receive the game, add-on, or gift-card balance. Do not let a promoter redeem it on their account “for convenience.” Once redeemed there, ownership cannot be moved to you.
Redeem through Xbox, not a third-party form
Xbox provides official redemption flows on console and Windows. Use the Redeem Code function in the Xbox environment while signed in to the correct account. A legitimate campaign should not require you to send a password, security code, or full account credentials to a 7-Eleven employee, social-media account, giveaway host, or code broker.

Save the purchase receipt and note the Microsoft account used. If the code is rejected, do not repeatedly post it publicly or send it to multiple “support” accounts; that can expose a still-valid code. Refer to the campaign terms and official 7-Eleven or Xbox support channels for the next step.

Scam warning signs around gift-card promotions
Requests for credentials or payment to “unlock” a reward
A promotion that asks for your Microsoft password, one-time security code, full payment-card number, or a separate fee sent to an individual is not following the safe redemption pattern. The published offer requires a qualifying gift-card purchase and loyalty membership; it does not establish a private payment to a promoter.
Urgency that conflicts with the official dates
Scammers often create a short deadline, claim that only a few codes remain, or threaten account closure. The documented purchase period is August 26–October 27, 2026, with availability limited by stock. Compare any urgent message with those dates and the linked terms instead of acting on pressure.
Unverified QR codes and shortened links
A QR code can redirect to a look-alike login page. Do not enter Microsoft credentials after scanning an unsolicited code. Navigate to Xbox through its normal app or website and use the official redemption flow. For campaign rules, type or verify the exact published address: https://bonuscoderewards.com/US0826FRZ.

Codes offered by unauthorized sellers
Xbox Community Standards list buying a game from an unauthorized seller and sharing fraudulent methods to obtain free subscription codes as prohibited examples. A discount is not proof of legitimacy. If the seller cannot establish an authorized source and a normal receipt, treat the code as high risk.

VPN or regional workarounds
Xbox also identifies bypassing regional restrictions with a VPN or similar tool as a prohibited example. Do not present a region-changing workaround as a safe way to activate a code. Use the region and account for which the code was legitimately issued, and follow the campaign’s stated eligibility rules.
A practical verification checklist
- Identify the channel. Is the offer attached to a participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes store, or did it arrive from an unverified account?
- Check the amount. The announced qualifying values are $15, $25, and $50 Xbox gift cards.
- Check membership. The reward is described for 7Rewards or Speedy Rewards members.
- Check the calendar. The purchase must fall within August 26–October 27, 2026, unless official terms announce a change.
- Check availability. The release says rewards are limited by availability and quantities while they last.
- Read the campaign rules. Use the exact terms link and look for exclusions, timing, and applicable fees.
- Protect the account. Redeem only while signed in to the intended Microsoft account; never disclose its password.
- Keep evidence. Retain the receipt, card details, and any confirmation until the reward and code work.
What to do when something goes wrong
The store has no reward or says the promotion is unavailable
Ask whether that location is participating and whether supplies have run out. The announcement makes availability conditional, so not every store can promise a reward. Keep the receipt and compare the transaction with the campaign terms before making a second purchase.
The code does not redeem
First confirm that you are signed in to the intended Microsoft account and that you are using Xbox’s official redemption flow. Do not publish the code or hand it to an unofficial helper. Preserve the receipt and packaging, then contact the official campaign or Xbox support route identified in the applicable terms.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →The reward message arrives after the purchase
Check that it refers to the same store channel, gift-card value, and purchase date. A message that asks for credentials, a second payment, or a transfer to a personal wallet is inconsistent with safe redemption. Use the campaign terms to determine the legitimate claim process.

You bought from an online marketplace
An Xbox gift card bought from Amazon or another seller may be usable as an ordinary Xbox product, but the 7-Eleven announcement does not state that such a purchase qualifies for this promotion. Do not assume the Slurpee or Forza Horizon 6 reward is owed unless the transaction meets the participating-store requirement.
What is established—and what is not
The official announcement establishes the campaign sponsor, partners, participating retail brands, qualifying values, loyalty requirement, advertised rewards, purchase dates, and limited-availability warning. Xbox’s published guidance establishes that redemption is available on console and Windows and that a redeemed code cannot be transferred between accounts.
The announcement does not, by itself, establish a scam rate, a code-redemption success rate, a participation count, or every exclusion and fee. It also does not turn every message using the 7-Eleven or Forza Horizon 6 names into an authorized communication. Treat those gaps as reasons to consult the campaign terms, not as permission to guess.
Bottom line for shoppers
This 2026 promotion is credible because 7-Eleven publicly announced it, but safety depends on matching the transaction to the published conditions. Buy only at a participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes store; choose a $15, $25, or $50 Xbox gift card; use the required loyalty membership; stay within the August 26–October 27 window; and expect rewards only while supplies last. Read the official terms, protect your Microsoft credentials, redeem on Xbox under the correct account, and avoid unauthorized sellers or VPN-based regional workarounds.
