To board the ARC Frigate in ARC Raiders, find one of the circular drones it deploys, climb or grapple onto it, then interact with it to disrupt it; a launch-day walkthrough reports that the drone carries you toward the ship. First check the official map-condition schedule for your server region, because Frigate appearances rotate. For the Boarding the Frigate quest, damage a Rocketeer, Vaporizer, and Hydra turret. The deeper ship puzzle is not established by the available launch-day guides, so there is no reliable full sequence to give.
Check when the Frigate is active before deploying
ARC Frigate is a rotating map condition, not a location that is necessarily available on every deployment. The official ARC Raiders map-condition schedule shows active and upcoming windows by map. Check it shortly before you deploy: the schedule changes, and availability depends on server region. A static time listed elsewhere can quickly become outdated.
The Frigate is a hazardous PvE and PvP encounter. Embark’s summarized description, as relayed by a community reference, describes navigating internal passages, opening routes, and defending against ARC. Other Raider squads may also be aboard, so reaching the ship does not mean the route or loot is uncontested. A community quest reference characterizes it as a challenge for experienced Raiders.

Prepare for a long, exposed encounter
A launch-day walkthrough recommends bringing ample ammunition and healing supplies. It also suggests Grappling or Snap Hook for movement. These are practical suggestions, not mandatory equipment or a proven best build; the available sources do not provide controlled loadout comparisons.

How to board the Frigate
The boarding method below comes from a launch-day walkthrough, rather than the official schedule page. It reports that the ship sends circular ARC drones down toward the map; interacting with one after disrupting it provides a way up to the Frigate.
- Locate a deployed drone. Look for a circular ARC drone descending from the Frigate.
- Get onto it. Climb onto the drone or use Grappling or Snap Hook to reach it.
- Interact to disrupt it. The walkthrough says the disrupted drone then returns upward and carries the Raider toward the ship.
- Stay alert during the ride and on arrival. The ship is large, and the walkthrough warns that other Raiders may be aboard.
Complete the Boarding the Frigate quest objectives
The quest reference lists three enemy-damage objectives: Hydra, Vaporizer, and Rocketeer. The launch-day walkthrough says you need to damage each enemy, not deliver the finishing blow. Check the wording in your in-game quest, since it is the most direct reference for your current progress.
- Damage a Hydra turret.
- Damage a Vaporizer.
- Damage a Rocketeer.
These are separate ARC threats, and the encounter also poses risks from other Raiders. Use cover and prioritize staying alive while landing the required damage; the cited guides do not establish that you need to kill each target.

The ship has internal passages and routes that can be opened, but a complete, repeatable solution to its deeper puzzle is not established by the launch-day coverage. One guide was explicitly marked as being updated and said its authors had not completed the full ship. Same-day community discussion contains conflicting accounts of what the puzzle involves or whether it has been solved.
That means there is not enough reliable evidence to give a definitive sequence for opening deeper areas or reaching their loot. Treat claims of a complete route cautiously unless they show a repeatable method that matches the current game. The supported guidance is to board, navigate the passages, handle the ARC threats, and complete the three quest damage objectives.
