The claim that Antares Ventures raised more than $50 million for deep-tech investments cannot be confirmed from the available sources: no attributable announcement or reliable report establishes the amount, fund name, date, or whether a close occurred. A separate, verified 2025 announcement concerns Antares’ selection as a co-investment partner for a Singapore startup program—not a fundraise by Antares.
What is known about the reported raise
No located source substantiates the headline’s claim that Antares Ventures raised over $50 million. Without a dated disclosure or reliable report, the amount should not be treated as confirmed. The vehicle, fundraising date, and closing status are also not established.
That distinction matters: a co-investment program can direct capital toward startups without that capital being raised by, or belonging to, the appointed investment partner. Antares’ verified funding-related announcement describes such a program, rather than an Antares fund closing.

The verified 2025 announcement: a SEEDS Capital partnership
On February 18, 2025, Antares announced that it had been selected as one of SEEDS Capital’s new co-investment partners under Startup SG Equity. Antares described SEEDS Capital as the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore. The announcement’s funding figures refer to the program’s plans and targets, not capital raised by Antares. Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why the distinction between a fundraise and co-investment matters
A fundraise would mean that Antares or a vehicle it manages secured capital from investors; confirming one requires evidence identifying the vehicle, amount, timing, and whether the fund closed. A co-investment partnership is different: it identifies a role in a program that invests alongside private-sector partners. The program’s planned allocations and targets cannot be re-labelled as money raised by the partner firm.

Accordingly, the confirmed account is narrower than the headline: Antares has announced a SEEDS Capital co-investment partnership and describes an early-growth deep-tech strategy spanning several industrial sectors. The claimed raise of more than $50 million remains unverified.
