When to stop serving and focus on survival

Use the between-shift interval to prepare
Nerd’s Chalk reports that players can wait after a shift until someone rings a bell to start the next one. It recommends using the interval to preload mixing bowls and the coffee machine, and to prepare coffee for early orders.
