If Anime Zero weapon summoning appears broken, first determine whether the Arsenal action failed or whether the weapon was awarded but is still unequipped. Open the equipment screen after every successful-looking pull and place the weapon in an available slot. If the Arsenal will not open, the spin button does nothing, the animation hangs, or the result never appears, isolate Roblox, the game session, and the specific Arsenal action in that order.
There is no source-confirmed live summon outage or guaranteed fix. Anime Zero’s Roblox listing says the experience is in active development and may contain bugs, performance problems, or incomplete features, so use the checklist below to identify the failure stage and collect useful evidence if the problem persists.
Start by identifying what “not working” means
Different symptoms point to different causes. Do not treat a missing weapon, a locked equipment slot, and a nonresponsive spin button as the same defect. Write down the exact point at which the process stops, then follow the matching branch.

These categories are a diagnostic framework, not a list of confirmed current bugs. The exact error text and the step that fails are more valuable than a general report that “summoning is broken.”

Use the Arsenal and equipment flow correctly
A third-party gameplay guide from metanew!, updated October 7, 2026, describes two separate actions: spending spins at the Arsenal in the lobby and equipping the resulting weapon afterward. A pull can therefore appear unsuccessful simply because the weapon has not been assigned to a slot.
Summon a weapon
- Finish loading into Anime Zero and remain in the lobby rather than entering a run.
- Open the Arsenal from the lobby interface.
- Check the displayed spin balance and the current summon controls before pressing the action button.
- Start one summon and watch for an on-screen result or confirmation.
- Do not immediately press the button repeatedly if the animation pauses. Record what is visible first, because repeated presses can make it difficult to tell whether a spin was accepted.
Find and equip the result
- Open the equipment screen after the pull completes.
- Look for the newly received weapon in the available weapon list, not only in the currently equipped slot.
- Select the weapon and place it in an unlocked equipment slot.
- Save or confirm the loadout if the interface presents a confirmation control.
- Enter a run and check whether the weapon is now available. A weapon that is merely listed but not placed in a slot may not appear during gameplay.
When the second slot is locked
The same guide says the second equipment slot displays its own unlock conditions and a coin cost. Read the condition shown in your current client and meet that requirement; do not assume that an older video or guide uses the same threshold. A locked slot is an equipment restriction, not evidence that the summon failed.
Follow this recovery sequence before spending another spin
Run these checks in order and change only one condition at a time. That makes it possible to identify whether the problem belongs to Roblox, the session, or the Arsenal action.

- Stop duplicate presses. If an animation or button appears stuck, do not keep clicking. Note whether the visible spin balance changed and capture the exact message on screen.
- Return to the lobby. If the game still responds, leave any run and reopen the Arsenal from the lobby. This tests whether the failure is tied to the run state.
- Close and relaunch Roblox. End the Roblox client completely, start it again, and launch Anime Zero from its current experience page.
- Join a fresh session. A new server can distinguish a temporary session state from an account-wide problem. Use the same device first so that you change only the session variable.
- Wait for the interface to finish loading. If menus, icons, or text are still appearing, allow the experience to finish rendering before opening Arsenal.
- Test one summon. Confirm that the spin balance and controls are visible, then perform a single attempt and observe the entire result sequence.
- Check inventory and equipment. If a result appears, inspect the equipment screen and every unlocked slot before deciding that the weapon is missing.
- Repeat with one controlled change. If the failure returns, change one factor—such as a new server or a different network—then test once again. Changing several factors at once hides the cause.
- Preserve the evidence. Note the device, Roblox client behavior, server or session, exact action sequence, visible error, and whether the issue repeats.
- Stop if currency is unclear. If the client does not show whether a spin was consumed, avoid another attempt until the account state is clear or the developer can review the evidence.
Diagnose the failure by stage
The following split keeps platform problems separate from Anime Zero performance problems and from a single Arsenal action.

Check Roblox and connection conditions
If Anime Zero never reaches a usable lobby, troubleshoot the platform layer first. The available guidance does not establish official minimum device specifications or a guaranteed performance setting, so avoid treating a particular phone, computer, graphics option, or network speed as a confirmed requirement.
When Roblox itself will not launch
- Close the Roblox client and reopen it rather than repeatedly clicking the summon control.
- Try another Roblox experience. If that also fails to launch, capture the Roblox error and troubleshoot the client or connection before returning to Anime Zero.
- Confirm that the account can join experiences normally. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, or session tokens while asking for help.
When only Anime Zero loads poorly
- Join a fresh Anime Zero session and wait for lobby elements to finish rendering.
- Note whether the problem occurs while moving, opening menus, or only after selecting Arsenal.
- Run one test without changing several graphics or network variables at once. A single controlled change produces more useful evidence than a long list of simultaneous tweaks.
When the network appears unstable
Record whether the failure occurs on the same connection every time. If you have a legitimate alternative connection available, one comparison test can show whether the issue follows the network or the account and game session. This is a diagnostic step, not a promise that changing networks will restore a missing weapon.
Verify the account state before assuming a lost summon
Three visible states matter: the spin balance before the attempt, the result or confirmation after it, and the weapon list afterward. Write them down in that order.
- Balance unchanged and no result: the action may not have been accepted, or the interface may have failed before processing it.
- Balance changed and a result appeared: inspect the equipment screen before attempting another summon.
- Balance changed but no result appeared: stop spending, reconnect once, and preserve screenshots or a video showing the balance and missing result.
- Weapon listed but no gameplay access: assign it to an unlocked slot and confirm the loadout.
Do not infer a summon rate, pity threshold, compensation amount, or restoration policy from a single missing animation. No relevant failure statistic or developer guarantee has been established for this issue.

Account for changing summon settings
Anime Zero’s official Roblox description identifies the experience as being in active development and warns that players may encounter bugs, performance issues, or incomplete features. That statement explains why behavior can change, but it does not confirm that summoning is currently down.

An unofficial Anime Zero Hub update log, last checked October 6, 2026, reports that summon pity settings were rolled back on October 4, 2026. Treat that report as dated community information rather than a developer guarantee. If an older video, wiki page, or screenshot shows different pity values or summon text, trust the values displayed in your current client and verify the wording before spending spins.

Build a useful reproducible report
If the same failure survives a relaunch and a fresh session, prepare a concise report. The Anime Zero troubleshooting guidance recommends classifying the failure and capturing the conditions under which it repeats; it does not establish a special summon-ticket process or a guaranteed response time.
Include these details
- Device type and operating system category, without exposing personal identifiers.
- Whether Roblox launched normally and whether another Roblox experience loaded.
- The exact path from joining Anime Zero to opening Arsenal.
- What the spin balance showed before and after the attempt.
- The exact button or control pressed and the visible result.
- Any error text, including punctuation and capitalization.
- Whether the problem repeats after a full relaunch and a fresh session.
- The approximate date and time, plus the server or session information if the client exposes it.
Capture evidence safely
- Use a screenshot or short recording that shows the relevant interface and error.
- Redact usernames, private messages, email addresses, purchase details, and any account or session tokens.
- Never provide a password, authentication code, browser cookie, or token to someone claiming they can restore a weapon.
- Describe what changed after each test instead of posting a long list of unrelated fixes.
The Roblox listing names LY* as the creator. For a persistent, reproducible in-game problem, use the developer-linked community available from the current official experience page and use Roblox support for platform or account issues. The available information does not provide a precise official route dedicated specifically to failed weapon summons, so avoid promising restoration, compensation, or account recovery.

Pressing summon repeatedly
Repeated clicks can obscure whether one spin was accepted, whether the animation is delayed, or whether the balance changed once or several times. Perform one controlled attempt and document it.
Confusing an equipment lock with a summon failure
A weapon can be present while a second slot remains locked. Read the slot’s displayed conditions and coin cost, then use an unlocked slot if available.

Following an old pity guide literally
Community values can become stale after an update. The October 4, 2026 rollback reported by Anime Zero Hub is a reason to verify current in-game text, not a reason to assume every discrepancy is a bug.
Installing outside tools or sharing account details
No outside utility is established as a remedy for a failed Anime Zero summon. Avoid executors, “item recovery” offers, account logins, and downloads that request credentials. They add security risk without addressing the documented diagnostic problem.
Buying currency, hardware, or a gamepass as a fix
The available evidence does not connect a purchase, device upgrade, gamepass, or additional spins to this error. Do not spend money to troubleshoot an unclear account state.
A practical decision tree
- Can you launch Roblox and join Anime Zero? If no, troubleshoot the Roblox client or connection and record the platform error. If yes, continue.
- Does the lobby render normally? If no, rejoin a fresh session and test whether the issue is limited to Anime Zero. If yes, continue.
- Can you open Arsenal? If no, capture the menu state and repeat once after relaunching. If yes, continue.
- Does one controlled spin produce a result or message? If no, record the balance, button state, and error. If yes, continue.
- Is the weapon in the equipment list? If no, reconnect once and compare the account state. If yes, continue.
- Is the weapon in an unlocked slot? If no, equip it and review the second-slot conditions. If yes, test a new run.
- Does the same failure repeat with evidence? Report the reproducible sequence through the developer-linked community or the appropriate Roblox support channel, without sharing sensitive account information.
What a successful fix looks like
You have resolved the practical problem when the Arsenal accepts a controlled summon, the account state is clear, the weapon appears in the equipment screen, and the weapon is assigned to an unlocked slot that is available in a new run. A changed animation, an old pity number, or a community claim alone is not proof that the summon system is working or failing for everyone.
