For smoother Anime Zero play, use Roblox’s in-experience Settings menu, switch graphics adjustments one at a time, and compare the same type of scene before and after each change. The controls reported by community guides are useful starting points, but Anime Zero is still in active development, so verify every key and mobile button in your current game build.
What you can actually change in Anime Zero
Anime Zero is a Roblox anime dungeon crawler with fast combat. Its listing says the experience is in active development, which means bugs, performance problems and incomplete features are possible. Settings and controls can change without notice after an update.
The settings that affect play are primarily Roblox client features rather than confirmed Anime Zero-exclusive options. Open the Roblox menu while you are in the experience, select Settings, and review the options currently shown for your client. Depending on device and client version, those sections can include:
- Graphics: rendering quality controls that trade visual detail for workload.
- Camera: camera behavior and related viewing options exposed by the client or experience.
- Volume: master and game audio levels.
- Accessibility: available readability, input or visual assistance options.
- Help: keyboard shortcuts, mouse instructions and mobile gestures.
If a setting is absent, renamed or placed elsewhere, use the labels in your current Roblox client and the prompts shown inside Anime Zero. Do not assume that a setting described in an older guide still exists in the same location.

Use a controlled graphics test instead of guessing
Lowering graphics may reduce the work your device performs, but there is no published Anime Zero benchmark or guaranteed graphics level that fixes stuttering. A useful test tells you whether a particular change helps your device in the scene where the problem appears.
Step 1: Establish the symptom
- Enter the area where you normally notice the problem.
- Observe whether the image becomes uneven during combat, when many effects appear, or even while standing still.
- Compare that encounter with a quieter scene, such as a low-activity room or hub. The difference helps separate rendering load from a broader client or connection issue.
Step 2: Open the graphics controls
- Open the Roblox in-experience menu with the Roblox button or the keyboard shortcut shown by your client.
- Select Settings.
- Find the graphics controls. If your client offers automatic and manual graphics modes, choose the manual mode only when you want to test a specific quality level.
- Change one exposed graphics option or one quality step, then close the menu.
Step 3: Recreate the same workload
Return to a similar location and repeat the action that caused the slowdown. Compare like with like: a quiet room at one setting is not a fair comparison with a crowded dungeon fight at another. Keep the game mode, camera distance and combat intensity as consistent as you can.
Step 4: Record the result
Write down the graphics level, device, scene and symptom. If the change helps, keep it and test the next option only if necessary. If it does not help, restore the previous value before testing another setting. This one-variable approach narrows the cause; it does not prove that a particular level will improve frame rate for every player.

Graphics choices and their trade-offs

Make changes gradually. Jumping from the highest setting to the lowest changes too many variables to identify what mattered, while repeatedly changing several options makes the result difficult to reproduce.
Reported PC controls
The following map comes from a community controls guide, not an official Anime Zero control chart. Treat it as a starting point and confirm each input with the current Help menu, on-screen prompt or tutorial.

Roblox’s Help section can show keyboard shortcuts and mouse instructions for the current client. If the in-game prompt conflicts with this table, follow the current prompt. A changed keybind, an unavailable skill or a different weapon state can make a reported input appear broken when it is simply conditional.

Mobile controls and touch input
On mobile, use the on-screen movement, action and skill buttons supplied by the experience. The community guide specifically advises checking their order rather than assuming that a button occupies the same position as in an earlier build.

- Identify movement, jump, dash, interact, weapon-switch and skill controls from their icons or labels.
- Tap each action once outside combat so you know which button performs which function.
- Check the button arrangement again after a respawn, weapon change or update; mobile layouts can be revised independently of PC inputs.
- Use Roblox’s Help section for the current mobile gesture guidance if a gesture or camera movement is unclear.
Touch latency can feel like a performance problem. Compare a delayed response with the visual frame rate: if the scene remains visually smooth but taps arrive late, investigate input or connection conditions rather than changing graphics alone.
Tell frame-rate stutter from connection lag
“Stuttering” describes several different symptoms. Identifying the symptom first prevents you from lowering graphics when the actual problem is network delay or a game defect.

These categories can overlap. A demanding encounter may expose both a rendering limit and a connection issue, so test the same scene and note which part of the symptom changes.

Camera
Camera options can affect how comfortably you track fast enemies and effects. Review the camera section in Roblox Settings and any in-game camera prompts. Change one camera option at a time, then test the same movement and combat sequence. A camera adjustment changes visibility and control feel; it does not necessarily reduce rendering work.
Volume
Use the volume controls in Settings to balance effects, music and other available channels. Lowering audio can make combat cues easier to hear in a busy scene, but it will not fix a frame-rate drop or network delay.

Accessibility
Review the accessibility options exposed by your Roblox client and device. Keep a written note of any change that makes text, contrast, input or audio easier to use so you can restore it after troubleshooting. Availability varies by client and platform, and an option shown in Roblox does not establish that Anime Zero implements a separate equivalent.
A repeatable troubleshooting sequence
- Reproduce the issue. Identify the exact room, encounter, action and time at which it appears.
- Compare a quiet scene. If both quiet and busy scenes are affected, the cause may be broader than combat rendering.
- Check the current prompts. Open Roblox Help and read the in-game instructions for your platform.
- Change one graphics value. Use the Settings path and test the same scene again.
- Separate visual and network symptoms. Note whether the image is uneven or whether actions and players appear to jump.
- Restore and retest. If there is no improvement, return the value to its previous state and test only the next relevant option.
- Check for a current report. Anime Zero’s active-development status means a new bug may require an experience-side fix rather than a local setting.
- Escalate with useful details. When contacting Roblox help or the game’s official community, include your device, platform, graphics setting, location, reproduction steps and whether the symptom is visual, input-related or network-related.
Do not describe a graphics change as a guaranteed FPS fix. The available information establishes a testing method, not a universal performance result.
What is not established
- There is no published Anime Zero device-requirement list in the available material.
- There is no official Anime Zero graphics preset or game-specific benchmark to support a universal quality recommendation.
- No particular keyboard, mouse, controller, repair utility or other physical product is required for this settings-and-controls task.
- The community key map is not an official, permanent control contract; updates can change it.
Accordingly, choose settings based on your own device and the scene you can reproduce, not on a claimed “best” level detached from platform, workload and game version.
Keep controls usable after updates
Because Anime Zero is actively developed, make a quick verification pass after a significant update. Open the Help section, walk through movement and interaction in a safe area, test one skill and check the weapon-switch and ultimate conditions. On mobile, inspect the button order again. If a control has changed, rely on the current prompt rather than forcing the old key.
Save a short note of your working graphics level and the scene used for testing. That gives you a personal baseline when a new update changes visual effects, dungeon density or input behavior, while avoiding the false certainty of a setting that was never benchmarked for every device.
Bottom line
Start in Roblox Settings, test graphics changes one at a time in a repeatable Anime Zero scene, and use the current Help menu and in-game prompts as the authority for controls. The community PC map—W/A/S/D, Space, Q, E, 1/2/3, T and the conditional G ultimate—is useful but provisional. If lower graphics do not change the symptom, investigate connection delay or an experience bug and consult current Roblox or official Anime Zero support channels.
