To find an Anime Zero material, open the relevant Story act or raid and read its live reward preview before spending stamina or starting the run. Chapter 1 generally supplies Eyeballs, Cursed Fingers, Soul Fragments and Magic Pendants; Chapter 2 supplies Broken Blades and Tech Components; Chapter 3 and Infinite supply Mana Feathers, Wave Cores, Forbidden Fruits and Sun Cores. Fine Cloth and Shinobi Scrolls can appear throughout Story and Infinite. Ghosts and Staffs of Homa come from Spirit’s Bathtub Nightmare, while Shadow Gate Nightmare contains the Shadow materials and Zero Calories ingredients. There is no verified universal seconds-based timer for an individual material pickup. The dependable resets are a 24-hour Material Shop refresh, wave-based Infinite bosses and a reported five-run pity system.
How Anime Zero item drops are organized
Anime Zero does not use one global material table. Rewards are assigned to individual Story acts, difficulties, raids and other modes. Two neighboring acts can therefore show different materials, and the same act can change its reward panel when you switch from normal to Hard or Nightmare. The reward preview on the act-selection screen is the authoritative check for your current server version.
Community guides list about 25 obtainable Anime Zero items. That count includes chapter materials, raid-only drops, Trial food items, currencies and special ingredients. Accessories are made at Yugi the Forger from gathered materials; they are not ordinary summon results. Before a run, compare the exact spelling of the material in your recipe with the reward preview. “Wave Core,” for example, may be written as “Waves Core” in some guide tables, so match the in-game label rather than relying on a search result.
The locations below describe the currently reported reward pools. Because Anime Zero is updated frequently and the available guides are community-maintained, check the live panel again after a patch or balance change.

“Chapter 1,” “Chapter 2” and “Chapter 3” refer to the HxH Story grouping used by the guides. The act number inside a chapter matters: rewards can vary by act and by difficulty, so chapter membership alone is not a drop guarantee.
Raid-only materials
Spirit’s Bathtub (Nightmare)
Spirit’s Bathtub, also called the Spirited Away Nightmare raid in some guides, is the reported source of Ghosts and Staffs of Homa. These are raid reward-pool items, not ordinary Story drops. Enter the Nightmare version, inspect its reward preview and run the raid when that pool contains the material required by your recipe.
Shadow Gate (Nightmare)
Shadow Gate Nightmare is reported to contain Shadow Essence, Igris’ Crest, Shadow’s Cloak, Monarch’s Blessing, Zero Calories Flour and Zero Calories Doughnuts. Published drop figures are not uniform across guides or updates. One guide lists Monarch’s Blessing at 6.5% and Zero Calories Flour at 80%; treat those as guide-specific rates, not a universal guarantee. The reward panel in your current game should take precedence.

Trials
Caprese, Ham and Omurice are associated with Trials rather than the chapter material pools. If a recipe asks for one of these foods, open the Trials menu and read the reward list for the specific trial. Farming Story stages will not substitute for the Trial reward source.

Gems
Gems can come from modes, raids, daily quests and codes. Robux is an optional purchase route, while gameplay sources do not require a purchase. Check the current event, daily-quest and code notices because availability can change independently of material drop tables.
Step-by-step route for farming a material
- Write down the exact recipe name. Include singular or plural wording and any prefix such as “Zero Calories.” Similar names are separate inventory items.
- Open the mode menu. Start with HxH Story for chapter materials, Infinite for its listed higher-tier pools, or the named Nightmare raid for Ghost, Homa or Shadow items.
- Inspect every relevant act or difficulty. The reward preview is different by act and can change with Normal, Hard or Nightmare. Select only a stage whose live panel explicitly lists the target.
- Choose a repeatable difficulty. A theoretically better drop is not efficient if you fail, require consumables or take much longer. Use a difficulty you can clear repeatedly without assistance if possible.
- Run several clears and time them. Compare completed materials per minute, not a single lucky drop. Record the number of runs, clear time and any coins spent on rerolls or shop purchases.
- Check Yugi the Forger after the run. The Material Shop has limited stock and is reported to refresh every 24 hours. Buy only the missing quantity that saves more time than another run.
- Use pity information when planning. A crafting guide reports a guaranteed material after five unsuccessful runs. Count failed runs for the same target and stop treating the next attempt as an ordinary low-probability gamble once the reported pity condition is met.
Yugi the Forger’s Material Shop
StealthyGaming’s guide dated October 16, 2026 reports that the Material Shop refreshes every 24 hours and has limited daily stock for each item. The reset is a shop timer, not a material-pickup timer. Stock can therefore be gone even when a Story act is available, and a newly refreshed shop may still not contain every material you need.

Prices and stock are reported examples, not a promise that every server, rarity or future patch will use the same values. Open the shop and read the displayed quantity and price before committing coins.

Anime Zero uses several different reset systems. Calling all of them “item respawn” creates bad farming expectations.

No researched source verifies a universal seconds-based respawn for an individual material pickup. If a dropped item disappears or fails to reappear, leave and restart the stage, check whether the stage is wave-based, and verify the current reward panel rather than waiting for an assumed 30-, 60- or 90-second material timer.
Infinite boss schedule and wave planning
Infinite bosses are tied to wave milestones. The reported pattern is one boss every 10 waves on one difficulty, then every 8, 6 or 5 waves on progressively different difficulties. Because the guides summarize the four schedules without assigning each number to a named difficulty in the same table, read the live mode description for your selected difficulty before planning a run.
Use the schedule to decide whether a run is worth extending: if your target material is in the boss reward preview, calculate how many waves remain to the next boss; if it is not, ending the run and starting the correct stage is usually more efficient. Wave count is also a better planning unit than elapsed time because clear speed varies with team power.

Crafting accessories and choosing between routes
Yugi the Forger crafts accessories from gathered materials. An accessories guide lists 14 recipes and notes that published material percentages are unavailable for every item, so do not infer an exact drop chance from a recipe’s rarity or from another item’s percentage.

Use these comparison axes when two routes both appear to provide the same material:
- Reward-pool match: the live preview must name the exact material, not merely a related rarity or chapter.
- Consistent difficulty: favor the hardest mode you can clear reliably, not the hardest mode you can occasionally finish.
- Clear time: measure several runs and compare materials per minute.
- Coin opportunity cost: include the 2,500-, 10,000-, 40,000- and 150,000-Coin shop examples only as current listing references.
- Competing recipes: check whether the same material is also needed for weapon evolution before spending it on an accessory.
- Reset type: a 24-hour shop refresh, a wave boss and a five-run pity condition require different schedules.
A short Story act can beat Infinite for Fine Cloth or Shinobi Scrolls when its clear time is much lower. Conversely, Infinite or a harder Chapter 3 stage may be preferable for higher-tier materials if the additional waves produce enough reward value to justify the time.

The item is not in the reward preview
You are in the wrong act, difficulty or mode. Back out to the selection screen, inspect neighboring acts and switch difficulty until the exact material appears. Do not rely on a chapter-wide list.
The guide says a raid drops it, but your run did not
Confirm that you entered the Nightmare variant and that the current reward panel still includes the item. Raid pools and percentages can change between updates, and a listed percentage is not a guarantee on an individual clear.

The shop did not refresh when expected
Check whether the full 24-hour interval has elapsed according to the game’s own reset display or server time. Refreshing a menu early does not create stock, and a refresh does not promise a particular material.
You waited for a pickup to respawn
The available evidence does not establish a per-item seconds timer. Restart the stage or use the correct reward source instead of waiting on enemy-pack timings; approximately 20 seconds and 90 seconds describe enemy-route loops, not material pickups.
You used five runs and still lack the item
The five-run pity statement comes from a community crafting guide and may depend on the same target, mode or current implementation. Verify that all five attempts were eligible runs and inspect the game’s current behavior after an update. Treat the report as a planning aid, not a replacement for the live rules.

Anime Zero’s community documentation is update-sensitive. StealthyGaming’s 25-item report and its 24-hour shop figure are dated October 16, 2026; the Anime Zero Roblox Wiki pity and Infinite-wave notes are dated October 5, 2026. Those dates explain why an older video or spreadsheet may disagree with your reward panel.
- Take a screenshot of the reward preview when you discover a new route.
- Record the act, difficulty, wave reached and material quantity for each run.
- Separate enemy respawn observations from item-drop observations.
- Recheck raid variants and shop prices after balance patches.
- Spend coins only after confirming the current stock and recipe requirement.
Following those checks gives you a reproducible farm: exact reward match first, consistent clear second, measured time third, and shop or pity planning only when the current run history supports it.
