AMD confirms a Ryzen AI Halo Developer Platform configured with the Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 and 192GB of memory. The $7,299 price in the headline, however, is not confirmed by the AMD sources available: AMD said pricing and commercial availability details would come closer to launch. Treat that figure as unverified until AMD or a seller lists the exact configuration and price.
What AMD confirms about the 192GB Halo
AMD’s Ryzen AI Halo Developer Platform page identifies a configuration using the Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 with 192GB of memory. AMD positions Halo as a compact developer platform for local AI work.
In its 2026 announcement, AMD says the Ryzen AI Max PRO 400 Series supports up to 192GB of unified memory, with up to 160GB available as graphics memory. These are manufacturer-stated platform limits, not a guarantee that every system reserves 160GB for graphics by default. The 192GB figure refers to unified system memory, rather than a separate 192GB graphics card.
Is the $7,299 launch price confirmed?
No. AMD’s announcement says pre-orders for Ryzen AI Halo would be available in June 2026 and that pricing and commercial availability details would be shared closer to launch. It does not state a $7,299 price or tie that amount to the 192GB PRO 495 configuration.

Ideal for gaming, video editing, and multitasking, it provides expansive and crisp multi-display support.
A search result for an older Halo configuration with the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 showed $4,899.99 on Newegg, but that is a different processor configuration and does not verify the price of a PRO 495 system. The listing can be checked at Newegg’s unified-memory PC search; confirm its live price and configuration before using it as a comparison.
Before relying on a $7,299 offer, check whether the seller identifies the exact Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 model, 192GB configuration, included storage and operating system, warranty, region, and expected ship date. AMD’s platform page confirms the configuration, but not that price or a seller’s terms.

What AMD says Halo can do
AMD’s CES 2026 announcement described Halo as able to run models with up to 200 billion parameters locally. That is AMD’s stated capability, not an independently verified performance result or a guarantee that every model of that size will run at a useful speed. The same earlier announcement described a configuration with up to 128GB of unified memory and support for Windows and Linux; the later PRO 495 platform page lists the 192GB configuration.
