There are six inventory-capacity upgrades in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, according to PowerPyx’s collectible walkthrough. Find them in the statue-room security office, graveyard save-point room, mansion safe, shack south of the pagoda, Sister of Mercy area, and the room opened with keypad code 1362. Collect each one before leaving its area: the walkthrough reports that items can become missable and the game has no Chapter Select.
All six inventory upgrade locations
The routes below follow the Objectives-menu progression described in the PowerPyx walkthrough, published October 8, 2026. It is a third-party guide, not an official map. The walkthrough also reports that map displays in the later keypad-code area may be inaccurate, so use the landmarks as well as the map.

Statue room: security office shelf
In the large room with the statue, head east into the security office. Look on the shelf beside the locked cabinet.

Graveyard: green cabinet by the save point
In the room containing the graveyard save point, open the green cabinet. The upgrade is inside.

Mansion: upper-floor safe
Open the large safe on the mansion’s upper floor. The inventory upgrade is in the same safe as the SMG. PowerPyx’s reported combination-solving sequence is Left, Top, Top, Top, Top, starting from the safe’s initial position; align the four gold sections in the middle as described in its guide.

Pagoda area: shack safe south of the pagoda
At the top of the hill, south of the pagoda, search the shack’s safe. It contains the inventory upgrade and the shotgun’s Full Choke upgrade.

Sister of Mercy area: chair in a lower-area dead end
While sneaking around the Sister of Mercy, take the left side of the lower area first. At the dead end, check the back of the chair holding a body; the upgrade is stuck there.

Later area: keypad room south of the fourth shop
Go to the dead end south of the fourth shop and enter keypad code 1362. The upgrade is on the ground beside a body. Because the walkthrough flags possible map-display problems here, navigate by the shop and dead-end landmarks rather than relying on the map alone.
How to avoid missing an upgrade
PowerPyx says the game has no traditional chapter structure or Chapter Select, and that items may become missable once you leave an area. Treat each location as a one-pass search: inspect the named shelf, cabinet, safe, or landmark as you reach it, before continuing onward. The guide uses the game’s Objectives menu headings to identify story progression.

In a PlayStation Blog interview published August 19, 2026, a developer identified as Vid described lock-pick and safe-combination puzzles as rewards for useful items, including crafting resources, ammunition, upgrades, and weapons. Vid also said players have to manage inventory in a way similar to the Resident Evil games. The cited passage does not specify Vid’s role.
