Spoilers for both endings: Destructoid’s October 11, 2026 guide reports that Hellraiser: Revival has two endings, determined by Aidan’s final choice in the apartment. Refuse the Cenobites’ offer to unlock “Human After All”; follow them through the opening to unlock “Experience Beyond Limits.” The guide says neither choice rescues Sunny.
How to unlock both endings
Both outcomes branch from the same final apartment decision. Destructoid’s guide describes the choices and their results; the endings have not been independently confirmed by the official pages reviewed.

Ending 1: “Human After All”
When the Cenobites make their offer at the final apartment choice, refuse it and stay with the Merchant. Destructoid reports that this keeps Aidan human and unlocks the “Human After All” achievement. It does not save Sunny.
Ending 2: “Experience Beyond Limits”
Choose to follow the Cenobites through the apartment opening. This route leads to the Reverend Mother; Aidan joins the Cenobites and unlocks the “Experience Beyond Limits” achievement. Sunny is not rescued on this route either.

Can you see both endings without replaying the whole game?
Destructoid reports that an autosave is created immediately before the final choice. After viewing one ending, load that save from the game menu and make the other choice to see the alternate outcome. The guide also says this can unlock both applicable achievements. This save behavior is reported by the guide, not confirmed in the official sources reviewed.
What the endings mean for Aidan and Sunny
The decision changes Aidan’s fate: he remains human if he refuses the offer, or becomes a Cenobite if he accepts. According to Destructoid’s guide, neither branch brings Sunny back. The guide’s “happy” and “bad” characterizations are subjective; the concrete difference is Aidan’s choice and transformation, not a rescue outcome.

About Hellraiser: Revival
Saber Interactive describes Hellraiser: Revival as a single-player, first-person action horror survival game about Aidan and Sunny, with the Genesis Configuration puzzle box central to the story and gameplay. Saber’s support FAQ lists an October 8, 2026 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam. It confirms physical discs for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; the Switch 2 editions use a game key card. The PlayStation Store listing also gives October 8, 2026, as the PS5 release date and describes Aidan’s goal as using the Genesis Configuration to help Sunny escape the Labyrinth.
